Description
The charm of the classical architecture, added to the comfort and refinement of the region, creates a pleasant atmosphere to those who take up quarters in Tryp Campinas. The location is the hotel's biggest appeal as it is located in Cambui, one of the most charming neighborhoods in town. Parking is available (with extra cost).
IMPORTANT: Children under 18 years old are required to present identification at check-in and must be accompanied by both parents, guardians, or have permission of the Juvenile Court, in case of travelling with others. In case one of the parents is not traveling with them, they must show his/her parent permission to travel with the person accompanying them.

Due to the pricing the hotel was overbooked and there was not enough staff to assit all the people.
Just to make may point it is suggested we call the hotel to confirm special requests, Well good luck with that, even once I got to the place they said they do not answer the phone on purpose and if I had any complits to go ahead and sent them an email.
I tell you sice they charge everything else it is really not cost effetive to stay in such a place. I wish I could get a refund for such a terrible experience.
