It was too good to be true
Due to the pricing the hotel was overbooked and there was not enough staff to assit all the people. Just to make may point it is suggested we call the hotel to confirm special requests, Well good luck with that, even once I got to the place they said they do not answer the phone on purpose and if I had any complits to go ahead and sent them an email. I tell you sice they charge everything else it is really not cost effetive to stay in such a place. I wish I could get a refund for such a terrible experience.
