well appointed hotel
the hotel offered good facilities and friendly helpful staff at good rates. It suffered only from being slightly distant from the centre but there easy access to taxis and they offer a cheap and efficient service although English is not generally spoken. I enjoyed my stay and only regret that I did not use more of the facilities which were readily available. Difficult to beat this hotel on price or value

Rooms furniture is somewhat outdated
Rooms furniture is somewhat outdated as is the bathroom. Nevertheless clean and agood bed. Very nice swimming pool and fitness centre! Good location although not immediately in the centre, which is at about 15 minutes walk.

Friendly for business or visit
The hotel is good and most of the staff is courteous,except a couple of waitresses and front office were not friendly in their tone. The room was really good and I liked it. Spacious and well fitted. The thing i missed was the ability to make my morning tea we had to go down to cafe for it every morning. Room service was good and prompt. But the food was not always hot as it should be. Location was central and I loved that as most people know it. It is a good place to stay and except for a few irritations , the stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The only point from the business end is that there is not fast internet access either in the hotel or the rooms. The business center has only one computer and I could not log on. Though people in Sofia seem to have good internet and fast too. The hotel should look at this aspect because it will be crucial in years to come.

Well we walked from the hotel to the main shopping street where the different shops, cafes, government and private offices are.

Buon hotel a 6/7 minuti a piedi
Buon hotel a 6/7 minuti a piedi da centro. Parcheggio gratuito in garage, chiedere alla reception come fare. Stanze confortevoli e pulite. Colazione qualitativamente molto buona, scelte buona. Hotel da consigliare.
