A very comfortable 7 days

We liked this hotel and enjoyed our stay. The location is good since we didn't want to spend every day in Banff National Park, but was a short drive away. We hiked around Canmore and saw some beautiful scenery. We were happy with the room which had comfortable beds and refrigerator and microwave. The continental breakfast and afternoon cookies were great! The hot tub soothed our sore muscles after hiking.

Great room

The Best Western Pocatera Inn: The room was great, very spacious, nice fireplace, a great value for the money. I was late checking in and they held the room for me, even though the hotel was completely booked.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Set in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, the scenery is breathtaking. There are walking paths along the creek and numerous shops throughout the town, all within walking distance. Also just a short drive to Banff.
