Comfortable stay but hidden cost was an irritant.
The hotel room was good and had everything we expected. The irritant was that the hotel room was advertised at CAD 100 per day but when we reached there late at night we were informed that the room cost did not include parking. I was charged CAD 22 per day for the parking. This increased my overall cost at the hotel unexpectedly by 20%. I advise the hotel to be transparent in its room pricing so that customers have a satisfying experience.

Comfortable and convenient!
This hotel was very convenient for events I attended at the Shaw Convention Centre (next door) and other downtown hotels. It's walking distance to a shopping mall, restaurants, and a nice grocery store. The Front Desk staff was polite and helpful and the room was clean and offered everything a person needs (including mini-refrigerator). The breakfast buffet is OK but the staff was slow with coffee, individual orders, and the bill.

Long walk from hotel
The Sobey's grocery store on Jasper is about 10-12 blocks away and is ideal for prepared foods, snacks, yoghurt, etc. There are few options downtown for convenience shopping so this is a great find!

Great place to stay for business
Never having visited Edmonton, I was pleased with the overall empathy on each citizen I met. And this is somehow reflected on the hotel staff and ambiance. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, with an incredible city view. The bathroom was spacy, well organized, and it made the end of the day much more pleasant. Room service was also delivered with speed and the quality to match. Given it is located in the heart of Edmonton's downtown, it's a no brainer - the right choice for business!

Good location
Bigger fitness center would be nice and Swimming pool. Food quality is very poor. Parking is expensive.
