Nice hotel but begining to show its age
The hotel was easy to find on the main road, plenty of parking and friendly staff. On the 'down side' it is beginning to show its age. The room was OK, well maintained but 'dated'. Small things like 'ragged' towels really added to the 'tired' impression. Attached to the hotel is a bar which on the nights that I visited was very quiet. Also a very 'tired' bar, staff friendly but badly in need of a makeover.

This hotel is located along the
This hotel is located along the major highway passing through Kelowna, Harvey Highway. The hotel is nice, and clean especially their staff are all very accommodating and friendly, willing to go extra mile in providing information on all our inquiries. The room is clean and big with a separate small living area where there is another LCD TV aside from another one within the bedroom. There is one thing that is lacking is that they do not have their own dining facility, although a restaurant is adjacent to its main lobby. I would be glad to stay there again if in case Kelowna will be visited in the future.

3 Day stay in August 2009
Pleasant out door pub and dining arrangement The air conditioner in our room was rather noisy, we were in the older section of the hotel.
