Great Staff - Lousy Accommodations
The room layout in the hotel is terrible, particularly the bathrooms, which are cramped and in the case of the master bath (we had a 2 bedroom suite) there was no door between bedroom and bath and none of the bathrooms had fans to remove air. The pool was great, but the claim to be ozonated seems bogus in light of the heaviest chlorination I have ever encountered. The onsite restaurant claimed to exist, does not.

Fantastic facility and great location. Close walking distance to many great attractions and restaurants in Victoria. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, especailly the front desk clerks. Enjoyed everything about the facility, its staff, contemporary decor, the landscape and location. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this facility. Thumbs up on the Leed certification.

Beautiful rooms and location under const
Building was still under construction and the elevators were slow. The pool wasn't open either. However, the construction wasn't noisy and the brand new suites were beautiful. I would love to stay here again when the facilities are complete.
