Great Value Room
At first glance, the hotel itself looked very dated (run down 60's/70's motiff), but after spending some time in Victoria this seems to be the norm for most of the city. I can only assume age and the constant rain in Victoria are responsible for the very noticable musky smell through the hotel (reminded me of visiting my grandparents, except not as pleasant). Parking was normally pretty good, but the hotel is attached to a fairly popular local bar (Hecklers) that gets packed at night and can make finding a spot nearly impossible. The staff was nice and responsive as well. For the price, I would consider staying at the Ramada again as it is located fairly close to the downtown area, but I'm going to shop around going forward.

Everything in Victoria closes early, so if you want to do some shopping or site seeing, you better get it done early because the town all but shuts down at 5PM!

good place
the room was so clean, big, with coach, table with 3 chairs plus desk with it's own chair, i really liked the place. also free wifi. very close to downtown and big malls. bus station on the door step.

good value for the money
This was my second stay here. I will probably always stay here if the price remains good. This hotel has everything you would expect in this price range, and exceeds expectations for bed comfort. Ample free parking, free and very easy to access internet. Quick check in/out and our room was quiet, comfortable and had the little extras such as coffee machine, toiletries and comfortable pillows. We were about a 5 min car ride from downtown.

Really Enjoyed Ramada
Parking was great. You can park anywhere, plenty of spaces and seemed secure. Check in was quick and an elevator to my room. There was free internet, coffee machine and fridge. My bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. There were a few scuff marks and general wear, but this was not a 5 star so expected it. The room was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable and these are the main things I look for in a hotel room. If you have a car, you are only minutes from downtown, but if no car, it would be too far away to walk.

Victoria BC trip
Great location. Close to everything. Friendly staff including housekeeping. Excellent staff re duties. Overall very clean and neat and comfortable. Restaurant food nothing to write home about. Restaurant staff friendly and restaurant clean. Thvent/fan in both the bathroom and halway right outside our room was obnoxious and loud. But I would go there again. Thanks for your help.

I had a meeting and I went there sick. The room was very cold no heating. Could not sleep because of the cold room and the only solution is to use extra blankt...
