Clean but Cust. Service could be better
When I first checked in they had no record of me paying for the room online, and instead of dealing with it right than and there, the staff member came across as cocky and uncaring and didn't check into it right away. Instead made me pay for the room again, until he had a chance to look into it. Then I forgot my room key in the room and the same staff member was working. He took me up to the room but tried to let me into someone elses room. When I said that wasn't my room he tried to tell me it was. This staff member was young and I think he just needs more experience dealing with the public. But his overall attitude has turned me off this location all together.

Comfortable Business Trip
The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was not noisy. As a biz traveller this was great, I was rested and slept well. The complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, but the rooms had a fridge so people like me with dietary restrictions could store GF/DF food in the room. Minimal negatives; workout room didn't open until 6am, the bar was never open.

Lovely
Romantic getaway
We had no problems, I loved the pool for a quick morning workout. The bed was comfy, lovely pillows, loved the high ceilings, furnishings and bath fixtures, also the soap, shampoo and conditioner! The breakfast was great, too. Just might consider adding a couple of herbal teas or green tea, and maybe they were there and I just missed them. Thanks so much! Will definitely stay at Best Western again.
