Desappointing....
I had already went at this hotel and this time, I have been very disappointed of the the service I received. As a member of Priority Club, I was supposed to have some services that I didn't receive because I booked my trip with Orbitz . They refuse to recognize my trip to have points! And, the second night, I asked for the wake-up call and they didn't call and refuse to reimburse my night as it is supposed to be because, again, I reserved with Orbitz. Also, they cut off water for works in the night. It was supposed to be until 4:00 AM and, at 4:20, as I had to leave at 4:30 for my plane, no water, no shower....very very disappointing for a room of this price.

Very Nice Hotel...
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very hospitable and recommended some wonderful eateries, which were all within walking distance. We had a nice view of the river from our room which was very comfortable and quite spaceous. While there were three of us in this room, we could have turned cartwheels, if necessary, without injuring each other. On this trip to Canada, this was one of my favorite places. Now, I had to give a rating for the restaurant/dining below before this survey would be recognized. I gave a three, but no one ate there, so I cannot give a valid accessment. I would have checked "no opinion" if that were available.
