Perfect location for a girls night out - Hess is within walking distance, and was exactly what the girls were looking for - a pool, a great bar, great location, eats near by, and underground parking!

General appearance nice, although in need of some updates - carpet worn in some areas, wallpaper scuffed, etc. Comfortable room, nice bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

pretty good for the location
the roooom was pretty big and the location was great if you're looking to party. its a nice quiet place with a club inside the hotel.

One Nighter
Not Too Bad
We only stayed at the hotel for one night so didn't do much there but sleep. We checked in late and went straight to bed and then left early the next morning. The only thing I noticed was that it wasn't that clean in the hallways. The beds and room were nice, it was just the hallways that were not that clean. We were also by the ice machine and I could hear the noise through the door.

Great Business and Family Location
This hotel offered a quiet well kept and professional place for a business person to either conduct a meeting or unwind after a long day out on business. The family friend pool, staff, and location was also beneficial. For those traveling to Canada and desire to see the falls...It was an easy ride and the directions provided by the staff were great!! The hotel also surpised us by being attached to a mall. Various shops and restaurants made this hotel an easy choice for our next visit!!
