I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The amenities and staff was nice. It is located near the airport so travel time between is not that long. The only thing about that is there were times you may hear or feel a plane taking off, but I was on the highest floor and it did not bother me at all.

Friendly, helpful staff. We did not have a car and they gave us useful info about how to get to Toronto by public transportation for just $3.00 (shuttle to the airport, bus and subway)

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD, BUT THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION WAS NOT GOOD NOR POLITE.
THEY TAKE A DEPOSIT WITHOUT TELLING YOU THE AMOUNT OF THE DEPOSIT AND THE REASON.
THEY ALSO REFUSED TO PRINT AN INVOICE OR A BILL

I liked the suite, the room was clean in general. The hotel has access from two different points which make it easy to come in and go out, the business center was not bad with free printing and internet access even though I did not use that much since I already have my laptop which I used with thier free WiFi, I like the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet in some days.
The pool and fitness are not that big which normal for such hotel size.
I hate that the A/C can not go higher that 76F which was kinda littel cold for infant.
In general this hotel was realy good for the value.

조용하고 아늑한 품위있는 호텔이었습니다. 그러나 토론토 다운타운하고는 너무 멀리 떨어져 있어서 다운타운에 일이 있는 분은 아마도 차비가 많이 들것 같습니다. 아! 버스를 이용하면 그것도 괜찮을 듯싶은데, 처음 토론토 가는 분은 버스노선을 잘 몰라서 힘들거 같아요. 하지만 노선을 잘 보시는 분들은 저렴한 가격으로 분위기 좋은 이 호텔을 선택하시는 것도 좋을 듯 싶어요

This new hotel is not well run. Elevator did not work the first night. High-speed internet did not work all 3 days, complained to staff but this was never fixed, luckily I was able to connect to the neighboring hotel's internet! Breakfast was horrible, at least one item was always out and the eggs seemed like they had a great deal of water mixed into them, like water was squirting out of them as you bit down. My coffee maker did not work. The ironing board was not new, had lumps in it. There was garbage at the curb on the back exit, the glass tables in the lobby looked like they were wiped with a filthy rag. Did not get a wake-up call one morning. I did not get my paper one day. I usually have good luck with Holiday Inn Express, I'll never stay at this one again! I have no confidence in the management there to be able to turn around so much.

Nice hotel but when I went to check in, I had to update my room to get cheaper parking, internet and phone service (which is usually included in hotels). It was really expensive individually, so I took the "deal" I was offered. I was surprised that this didn't come with my room like previous hotels I've booked from here.

the staff is terrific. The rooms are great. However, since my last stay, the main restaurant was closed and the bar was transformed into a restaurant/bar. menu is limited...
They need to bring back the restaurant. If , not I will look for an alternative for my semi-annual trip to Mississauga

Staff was very polite and accomodating. Hotel location is ideal and near the highway. If you are renting a car for travel- you are better off getting a hotel in toronto or a surronding area. Thus- you pay less or nothing for parking. $15 a day for parking is crazyyy!
Hotel is primarily for buisness travelers or a very short stay.
I wouldnt go back unless someone else is paying for the room. I'm sure I could get more bang for my buck else-where and be closer to the action- wo/ paying for parking.

The hotel location, decor, continental breakfast was ok. I'm a picky eater so I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. I had no problem with the staff. They were friendly. There were plenty of food places near by of different sorts. The hotel is located more in a commercial area, I didn't see any residential homes. It is located in an older area but it seems to be safe. You also have easy access to the airport.

Wonderful option to downtown Toronto

We stayed here for the Honda Indy Toronto 225 IZOD IndyCar Series race weekend. Prices in downtown Toronto were way over our budget, so we opted for a hotel away from that area and found just what we wanted. Even though it is near the airport, don't let that stop you from booking this hotel. We only heard planes while on an outdoor patio at a nearby restaurant. The hot breakfast was really good. I would have preferred the bacon be cooked longer, but that is just me. We would stay here again if we come back to the race.

The staff where unfriendly and not helpful at all. At least 3 of them where uncomfortable with enlish language fluency l;eading to misunderstanding.
The room was not clean with hair on the bed and cigarette smoke smell.
The staff where not able to send the Dolly cart to the room when we had to check out.

It was a good place to stay. Wish it had a good restaurant. The choices in the bistro were limited. My bed linen were not changed for the 4 days i was there. They left the used towels in the room and only put only 2 clean towels in the bathroom. The next day i had to complain to the front desk before the garbage was taken from the room. Housekeeping needs to do a better job.

The hotel was well maintained, and the front desk personal were excellent, no matter what time of day you had a question. My only descretion was the price for the rental movies in the room, they were extremely high.

The hotel was very nice, the room large and comfortable. The first room we were given smelled of cigarette smoke so we asked to be moved. The next room was fresh and sweet smelling. I would recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly. They also recommended a great restaurant where we enjoyed a terrific meal, Moxie's Grill.

Although the lobby desk wasn't continually manned, the staff were very friendly and helpful when they arrived.
Hotel was obviously recently remodled, as it was fresh and clean, the room was large, and the on-site restaurant was reasonably priced with good food. There is lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and major highways to take you anywhere is the area in very short time.

It was a business only trip. My [...] printout said "newer room". The room I got was horrible. Old stained carpet, broken chair and very small. The gentleman at the desk was very accomidating and put me in a different room that was recently updated. They had not gotten to the 4th floor yet. Be careful. The staff says that they are not responsible for the type of room orbitz tells you but they had no problem making a change. That's if a better room is available. I was ready to move next door but they took care of me. Just make sure a "newer rooom" is available before you unpack or use the bathroom. Overall I was fine but then it was just a quickie business trip.

Although we were by the elevators and vending machines, we didn't hear anything. The room was great, bed was very comfortable.
The restaurant was pricey for what was offered. The breakfast buffet is not worth $14.00. Eggs...not good. Ordering off the menu for breakfast was also pricey for what was offered.

Very impressed with the customer service. This booking site did not fax in my reservation so the clerk spent a good half hour with them on the phone to sort the whole thing out. The room was very clean and nice enough, it's not luxurious but a great stay for the price. Would go back.

The hotel staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding especially the wonderful pastries. The only annoyance was the very stuffy, un-air conditoned hallways.

Not as clean as I had hoped. I noted that bed sheets were dirty when we arrived or looked dirty and the following morning sheets were not changed! Breakfast was average as bacon was not crisp. The only highlight was that there was a waffle iron to make your own waffles. It was convenient to have a fridge. As there was a fully equipped kitchen, they had a few groceries for sale which were very expensive. A litre of milk cost $6.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and it was a great experience but when we decided to stay longer they can't give us a room. The front desk said the hotel is full but after a couple minutes she said oh we have a room available but you have to pay $169 instead of $89 which is the rate for our first 4 nights. They dont have customer loyalty they only think about business.

The hotel was very clean and inviting. There was a bar downstairs so it was great being able to get a drink upon our late arrival. They also had a restaurant where you could get breakfast which was nice. My husband liked being able to workout in the morning. It was easy to get to downtown Toronto from the hotel. Only about 25 minutes away. A great stay! We will stay there again for sure.

Some kinks to work out yet; overall ok

My room had a little entry way with a loveseat and chairs. A small gas fireplace was against the opposite wall with a flat screen TV mounted above. Nothing quite like watching TV in front of a roaring fake fire. I skipped past this into the main part of the room where super comfortable sleep number beds awaited, along with another huge flat screen TV. The bathroom was stocked with comfy robes and plush towels.
On the down side, vending machines were out of order or unstocked. That's a bummer, especially if you are up late working and need a little kick. There aren't any of the typical business chain bars or restaurants in walking distance, so you'll be dining at the hotel. That isn't really my thing so I can't comment on it's quality.
