Everything was very good. The made-to-order breakfast for each person was great.
Our only problem was that the cleaning staff had overlooked some food in the fridge from the previous guest. When we called the front desk they sent someone to clean it right away and offered us a proper fridge as compensation, which we accepted. They just delivered it to the wrong one of our two rooms but no big deal. The view from the rooms and restaurant are amazing!

The hotel has a beautiful view of the falls, the suites are very roomy and comfortable - it has many amenities and is in convenient walking distance to many attractions. It's slightly impersonal and visitors should be prepared for extra costs (internet, required valet service - $20 to park and shuttle, $30 to valet). The elevators can be quite crowded (to the point of requiring a line to catch the next available) - this is similarly the case for breakfast (however it is hot and cooked to order).

It's my second stay at the Ramada, 6045 Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls. First trip was in June and had a few issues with the access card. Changed it about 3 times for it wouldn't work. This trip was perfect. No issues whatsoever. Just wished we didn't have to pay extra for parking. Will stay there again. Thanks.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel, after a 9 hour drive, a week before our reservations due to a mistake in the scheduling system. The hotel was fully booked as it was Saturday afternoon, but the manager promptly picked up the phone and called another hotel to find us a place to stay. She also gave us a parking pass for her own hotel lot to allow us to come back and park for siteseeing for free. We were to stay for both Saturday and Sunday, but we went to the competitor for only one night. (it was MUCH more expensive and not as nice) Sunday we returned to this hotel and the manager put us in a new room on the top floor (7th) with a view of the American Falls. The room was great! Parking was free, as was a very nice buffet breakfast at the neighboring restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for the staff, location, and accomodations. We had no complaints at all.

After reading a lot of reviews, we decided to choose the Quality Inn Cascade because it had very good reviews and the price was far cheaper than the mega resorts. We were traveling with family and reserved two adjoining rooms on a Saturday night stay. We were not able to check in early because they were fully booked. The location of the hotel is great because part of the reason we were coming to Niagara Falls was because of the Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville next store and Brasa and the casino across the street. Overall, everything was within walking distance of the hotel that we wanted to see. It was even a short walk to the falls.
The rooms were modernly updated and overall were very nice. Our rooms were adjoining, which was really nice. In addition, we had a shared patio, although there was nothing to see as we were not high enough to see the falls on the second story. The only problem with the room was that the remote control wasn't the correct one for the tv, so I had to get up and manually adjust the television. In the other room, their only complaint was the air conditioning being really loud and after they turned it off, when they went to start it again in the morning, it didn't cool the room down. We alerted the hotel staff of both issues upon checkout.
The pool was very nice and refreshing, and I was really surprised how well the enclosed room stood up to the elements since often times the heavy chlorine corrodes any exposed metal surfaces.
The free parking was great as they charge a lot anywhere else you want to park.
The major disappointment was the breakfast in the morning. The reviews I read really spoke well of the breakfast. But there were no fresh fruit options other than oranges, the pastries had a really funny chemical taste, and really nothing else was that good. We all looked forward to lunch later that day.

This place does not have all the bells and whistles as a fancy place. The price is well worth it. Great View nice room great price. Great hotel if your looking for a place to rest your head at night and look at the falls. If your going to spend your vacation staying in the hotel this hotel sucks

The room was very clean, large & comfortable. The hotel was very quiet & peaceful. The location was perfect - a very short walk to the Falls & other activities. The staff was exceptional & very helpful. The only improvement I would recommend is that they include parking in the price of the room. Would definitely recommend it & will stay there the next time I visit Niagara Falls.

so here we are located in tourist trap central where all food comes in large quantities and plastic containers to go back to your hotel room with which was awesome considering our room had a fridge and a microwave...except that you can't microwave plastic and the hotel offers no form of cutlery, not even paper plates and bowls, I wasn't even able to get a roll of paper towel from them, so for that I take away 1 bar on amenities, aside from that everything else was great in this hotel.

Friendly staff at checkin. Hotel was just remodeled this year, still looks new. Maid service was outstanding.
On site restaurant, Tony Romas was excellent, the bartender, Ferguson was very good. Nice breakfast buffet for a great price.
On the less than positive side, the bed was much harder than any bed I have ever encountered. Surprisingly, I slept well. Also, the whirlpool tub by the pool is just a whirlpool, not a hot tub. The on staff tour guide only represents 1 tour company. I have never encountered a hotel that just uses one tour company. We elected to find our own tour after the hard sell at the hotel. The not-so-hot tub was the biggest disappointment, all the others are just small annoyances.

We didnt need our car to experience most attractions at the Falls. Most were within walking distance.Would stay there again but not on the 22nd floor, it was very noisy( from the aircondioner units on the roof?) All in all we had a great time and would recommend the Buffet in the hotels restaurant.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room with a view of the falls was beautiful. Our stay was off season mid-October and rainy. We still were able to see sights, fine dining and within walking distance of everything. Good Stuff.

Good deal for being near the falls

You can tell the hotel has seen its better days. I was a bit skeptical as I walked down the corridor to the room, it really began to show its age!! But as the saying goes, don't judge a book by its cover, because to my suprise the room and restrooms were in great shape! The bedding was of quality too which was completely unexpected! The hotel does not have an elevator if you end up on the 2nd or 3rd floor and since I have a knee problem it's difficult to go up a flight of stairs with luggage but the receptionist was able to get us a room on the first floor. The breakfast is nothing extraordinary but enough to get your day started and the area was kept clean, even when it got really busy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and if I ever return to Niagara, I'd stay again.

Customer service was great, solved our problem with no hesitation. Location was convenient for what we were doing in Niagara. I've stayed int he other towers and the rooms were nicer, but we also paid more for those rooms. Not that there was anything wrong with the room I was in, but it was less modern. Great hotel and Excellent service, will stay again 100%

Sketchy staff @ the hotel! But, whatever! Pool and the Hot Tub were really nice; Pretty accessible & in a pretty good location. Parking was nice; Would surely stay again, if alone. Not the kind of place you want to bring someone you want to impress. Thanks Orbitz for getting me the best deal. You guys beat everyone on this place!

Great location, very close to falls & tourist area. Remaining facilities average; a little old, but everything worked & was clean enough.
Best to be aware of the karaoke bar just next door that is open until 2am before you turn up, as you are required to acknowledge it on arrival when you sign in. Apparently it can get a bit loud (though I was out so wouldn't have noticed). Probably a better place for people looking for night life rather than families.
Still, hard to beat the location.

The hotel located in a great location at Clifton Hill. Falls is just 3-4 mins walking distance. We booked the hotel for two nights and their service was really good. Rooms are really clean so is the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. If I go to Niagara Falls next time I am definitely booking this hotel again.

Would have been nice to have been on a higher floor with somewhat of a view. Hotel was located in a nice part of town (walking distance from most attractions)

Hotel had friendly helpful staff. no problems with late check ins, the night clerk was helpful. cleaning staff was great. the concierge at the desk was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. hotel is a few blocks from central area but had great view of falls, from fall side of hotel, other side overlooks roof and parking. WiFi free in lobby. has a Starbucks in lobby. Easy walk to maid of the mist boat ride, casino, all attractions. beds were comfortable but very soft so if you like a firmer mattress bring a foam pad. bathroom was easily accessible, we traveled with a special needs person who needed assistance in the bathroom and the bathrooms was large enough to accommodated us. the walls are a bit thin and we could hear others on the floor easily. The gift shop close to the hotel was rather pricy, your better off going into the central area to buy any trinkets. over all a very nice hotel central enough to everything to leave the car at the hotel and walk but just far enough to avoid a lot of the people noise. I would stay again, however I would ensure that everyone had a falls-view room. It is worth the price.

It was everything and beyond. The views were breathtaking from my room, especially with the sunrise over the falls. The location was walking distance from everything I needed which was perfect too. The hotel room was lovely and staff were ok. I did need to call a few times to get my bill, which still didn't come so I had to go downstairs. On the flipside, I ordered breakfast and they threw in something extra because I don't eat meat, which automatically came with it. I would go back in a heartbeat, especially as I observed a lot of dodgy looking hotels when I was walking around and this one was in a safe location.

Hotel was in a great location. Close enough to take a break mid-day, cool down in air conditioned room and continue on for the rest of the evening. No complaints at all. Room was clean, air conditioning perfect. Was only there for 1 night and did not use the pool area. Basically just needed a place to rest, cool down and sleep.

Bathrooms are not so clean,room was alrght ,the most thing i like is location,it is located right on the corner of clifton hill where all the fun is.and parking also is very convinient and free.no ice machine but if u asked the front desk they will give.very old kind of tv,which i used in 80's,no cable.plus they are charging 200 dollar for the room safety which they will return after a week if everything in room found ok!!!!!!
and one more thing i have booked 2 queen beds but i have been given room with 2 full size beds!!!

The motel was clean . It was a retro 60's architecture but very clean. We have been to the falls many times but never stayed in Canada. It was nice to see the lights and be very tired and just walk to your room and relax. The breakfast at the motel was very good and reasonably priced. We would stay there again and recommended it to our family.

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was a breeze. We were given a map with all of Niagara's attractions and the hotel's location, discount coupon books, etc. This is an old hotel but the room was cleaner than new hotels we've stayed in. Not the most convenient location but okay. We were within walking distance to the falls. Have already recommended to another couple. One thing we missed was wireless internet in the room.

Convenient, Clean and a good price. Free Parking is a plus. Two short blocks from the Falls makes it very convenient plus plenty of shopping, restaurants and in between those 2 blocks! The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, I litteraly had to stand against the door to get a minimum signal!! The cleaning service was inconsistent, they would come early at times and late on others, 2 of 5 days we did not get our room cleaned.
Microwave is a plus! OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!

The hotel is in a good location. You are close to most things. You do have a hill to go up or down to get to the falls but it is not far. The free breakfast was fine, not fancy but ok. Rooms were clean and roomy. I would stay there again.

great except for parking

the hotel is fairly close to the falls and Clifton Hill but it is a hike to walk so plan on taking car out if you do not walk alot. Parking is $13 (incl tax) which we were not aware of. Parking lot is small and overflow is down a few doors. Rooms clean and comfortable. Mini fridge and coffee pot is very convenient!

Fall view room had a great view, very clean, friendly staff.

Our family had a great time, the room was perfect for the amount of time we actually spent in them. The area is very commercialized, but the room was quiet. We visited the Falls area several days and also drove to Toronto twice which is about an hour and 15mins away, the kids enjoyed the craziness of the Falls area, while we enjoyed the sightseeing in Toronto. Great trip can't wait to go back

A good time in Niagara Falls

My husband and I went to Niagara Falls for the first time to celebrate our second anniversary. Comfort Inn, Fallsview was a comfortable and clean hotel. The staff was friendly. They gave us a 10% off coupon to eat across the street at My Cousin Vinny's. I liked that there was a balcony where we could go out and look at what was going on in the street. Eventhough there was a lot going on in the street, we didn't hear the noise in the hotel. There are many places to eat and shop nearby and within walking distance. However, this hotel is not real close to Clifton Hill. We walked a lot to get there. We didn't want to have to pay to park at our hotel and over at Clifton Hill, too. (Our hotel charged $9.00 + tax per night to park. I feel that you shouldn't have to pay to park if you stay at that hotel, but most hotels that we looked at charged to park.) The Canadian Falls were close, but you had to pay to ride the incline down. If you didn't ride the incline, you had to walk around a little bit to get down to the falls area. We did a lot of walking, but didn't mind so much because we were able to enjoy and take in the scenery around us. The weather was warm so it didn't matter, we burned some calories from all of the food that we ate! If you aren't willing to walk a good bit or fork out extra money to park closer or pay to ride the incline, this hotel wouldn't be good for you because of the location.
