Beware if you value sleep
This hotel was not like the description. The staff was unfriendly, rude, and made me feel like I was a nuisance to them. The guests were very loud and partied outside on the corridor all night (imagine US college spring breakers). It was loud in our room then because the walls are very thin and the door had large gaps when it closed. The worst was the water noise. The noise from other guest showers was like constant thunder in our room and went on until 3 am (started up again at 6). The noise of other people's showers was actually louder in our room than the noise from our own shower! Also, the second night the internet stopped working and the staff wouldn't fix it. They said our computers were the problem. Highly unlikely since both my boyfriend and my computers worked the night before and then stopped working at the same time. Overall, this was a major waste of money.

Short walk from hotel
Within a 15 minute walk - all the attractions on Clifton Hill (restaurants, bars, rides, museums), plus the falls. I highly recommend spending the money and buying an Adventure Pass. They can be purchased at the welcome centers at the bottom of the hill and include the maid of the mist (also down the hill), the white water walk, journey behind the falls, and a 4-D movie. It was a great experience.

Didn't get what I paid for
When we arrived, the unfriendly manager told me the room I had booked had plumbing issues, so I couldn't have it. I could have 2 regular rooms instead (since I had reserved a suite). When I asked if it had the same amenities, I was told there were no fridges. I asked for a discount, and I was told in no friendly manner that I was free to go somewhere else if I didn't like it. I complained long enough to have the miser manager haul up a small fridge to my room for my stay. The satellite TV statement is a lie. They only have basic cable, like 2-20, and a few are pretty fuzzy.

Great Family Inn
Our family had a great time, the room was perfect for the amount of time we actually spent in them. The area is very commercialized, but the room was quiet. We visited the Falls area several days and also drove to Toronto twice which is about an hour and 15mins away, the kids enjoyed the craziness of the Falls area, while we enjoyed the sightseeing in Toronto. Great trip can't wait to go back

Long walk from hotel
Be sure to take the people mover. When going to the White Water Walk either drive or take the people mover, you can drive there and park on a side street which I wish we had known because from the hotel it was pretty far, at least a couple of miles. the restaurants in the area are quite pricey so go out of the area 10-15 mins away and you can find much better pricing

Great Hotel With Rude Staff
This place was very clean and quite. It was only a few blocks away from the main strip of food and entertainment and several away from the falls. The man who I would presume to be the owner was a real pain to work with. He was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Without my interactions with him, this would have been a flawless stay.

For low expectations
The room was clean but had bare necessities. It was convenient to Clifton Hill and the Falls...both in walking distance. Continental breakfast consisted of cold muffins, coffee and tang for juice.

My review of Americas Best Value Inn
The hotel was nice ...its a good place to stay if you dont want a lot of frills...it was clean and the staff was very helpful...it was within walking distance to Niagara falls and the amusement area but far enough away to be out of ear shot of the amusement area noise. The hotel did have a nice indoor and outdoor pool. Anyone looking for a reasonably priced no frills hotel close to Niagara Falls would definately be happy here.

Uncomfortable stay
I felt uncomfortable staying here after I was chased down by the hotel manager who thought I was sneaking people into my room. I hadn't even been in my room yet, so the rest of my stay was uncomfortable. We were also placed directly next to the hotel lobby, where a buzzer went off every time a person entered the room. It kept us up all night.
