Nice stuff
The room was great especially the jacuzzi tub. The only complaint was that the bed was too soft.

Quick trip
NIce and clean room, friendly people but a little bit over priced. Would have been nice to have been on a higher floor with somewhat of a view. Hotel was located in a nice part of town (walking distance from most attractions) Should have free parking for guests.

Nice hotel and close to the Falls.
Nice hotel and close to the Falls. Our quad room had plenty of space. The room was clean and comfortable. Sink was separate from bathroom which is convenient with 4 people. There was a safe and refrigerator in the room although the refrigerator was not too cool. Wireless internet was included but we had problems connecting at times. Overall, a good hotel.

Good hotel, good location
Right in the middle of Clifton Hill and Niagara Fallsview Casino...walking distance to either. Clean hotel, pools for the kids, good staff, friendly, comfortable.

Fun in Niagara
Clean. Lots to do ... Great Customer Service! Great location ... in the heart of Niagara Falls. Just 2 blocks from the main strip and 4 blocks from the falls. We also enjoyed the pool, fitness room, sauna and whirlpool. Toured the falls and the area around Niagara. Advice ... stay on the Canadian side, but take the Maiden of the Mist and Cave of the Winds tour from the American side. The Cave of the Winds tour is far better than the Journey Behind the Falls tour in Canada. Best tour of the trip ... the Jetboat Tour ... it was completely awesome!

Tours could be booked in the hotel ... but the prices were MUCH higher. Take a short walk to the waterfront and save some money.

Excellent hotel
This hotel was in an excellent proximity to the Falls, border, and tourist activities (shopping, haunted houses, ferris wheel, and many others). Our rooms were large, clean and the beds were comfortable. Even with the proximity to a lot of activities and traffic, the rooms were quiet. We also were able to get to a grocery store and Walmart easily for last minute needs.

All of the restaurants are very expensive in this area. Recommend going outside of the immediate area to eat if you have a large group. For example, breakfast at Denny's across the street was $100 for six people ordering the minimum. The hotel buffet would have been the same cost with a better selection.

The ugly service and uncleaned
toilet seat was dirty with urine spots, refrigerator was full of deris from previous traveller. complained it to the front desk but the front desk worker named [...] behavior was so disgusting when I asked to change the room. not worth for the price.

awesome stay
After going to a Toronto's game we decided to spend the night in Niagara Falls. What a good choice. Very, Very clean. Customer service was amazing over the top accomodating. [...]had a wonderful personality, made us feel at home immediately. Walking distance to anything we wanted to see that night. Will be back.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the hotel employees were very friendly. Our room was veey nice with evereything you needed...could be upgraded with a flat screen. We experienced everythingl the falls had to offer. Maid of the Mist is a must. We took a trip to Toronto and discoved many great Wineries...one of our favorite things to do.
