The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is exceptional - a half block away from the local action on Clifton Hill. A super value for a budget vacation!

Montana's steak and rib Cookhouse was excellent with great value and great food! The hotel is within walking distance from the Canadian and American Falls. Awesome views and pictures taking!

Great stay!
I wasn't sure what to expect because of the mixed reviews and the low price, but let me tell you this is a great place to stay....our room was clean and very nice and the indoor pool and hot tub were great! The only complaint I have is that on the website and other places it states that the parking is free....well IT'S NOT...when we checked out they charged me. The location is perfect....with in walking distance of almost everything! We would stay agian....

If you are looking to do the maid of the mist, go ahead and buy the great adventure pass which also includes the whit water walk, journey behind the falls and niagara's fury....we'll worth the money!

Niagara Falls Getaway
The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the close proximity to many of the Falls activities. Everything was within walking distance. We liked the idea of an indoor pool for our children, however, we didn't have time to use it, this time around. We also liked having the Continental Breakfast, however, we would suggest having some other options, other than just breads and cereal, such as some fresh fruit to also be available.

We went to Tony's Roma Restaurant for dinner one evening and had an excellent meal! Their prices were comparable or less than other dining establishments in the area.

Couple's Getaway
Stayed here for 2 nights and couldn't be happier with our stay! Room was not very modern but with the price we didn't expect anything fancy and it suited our needs just fine. We arrived early and our room was ready so they allowed us to check in right away. The location was ideal for visiting all of the tourist attractions in Clifton Hill. Great value! And staff was friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed my Stay
I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The staff were really helpful. Celina at the reception especially was really helpful. Clean room and great atmosphere. I would return to stay at this hotel again at some point.

Couples getaway
Very clean, friendly staff, great location, FREE parking, clean pool and hot tub, nice rooms. HOWEVER, the breakfast was not the greatest; not much of a selection. Also, it is a fairly far distance to the new casino and parking prices are ridiculous if you drive to it.

Quick Niagara Tour!
Great location at a really great price. The hot tub was out of order and repairs were being made to some hallways, but all the basics were just fine. Breakfast was included, the room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Would book there again.

The Niagara Magic Pass allows you to enter three attractions: The Butterfly conservatory, Behind the Falls tour, the Niagara Fury show. Saved a significant amount of money. It came to about 25.00 $ before tax for all three attractions.

Not Bad!
Convenient, Clean and a good price. Free Parking is a plus. Two short blocks from the Falls makes it very convenient plus plenty of shopping, restaurants and in between those 2 blocks! The only drawback was the Wi-Fi, I litteraly had to stand against the door to get a minimum signal!! The cleaning service was inconsistent, they would come early at times and late on others, 2 of 5 days we did not get our room cleaned. Microwave is a plus! OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!

good for the price
The location is good. Its at the top of the hill of the main strip down to the falls. The sheets in the room were stained. Unless you stay in the suites, there is no view. Its an average hotel overall at best.I'll stay somewhere else next time.
