Great weekend at the falls
This hotel is old but work`s well.In a perfect location!!! This is a nice place to sleep.The bed was great .The owner was very helpful I forgot my cane and he went and got me one.I wanted to pay him for the cost of the cane and his time he didn`t take anything. The owner is a very nice and friendly man As he was to me both times i stayed there. He has only owned to place for two months so disreguard past statements!!!!

FALSE ADVERTISING NEVER GO HERE
I made this reso from CA for my husband,son and their friends. It was awful. Jacuzzi filled with cement painted blue. Don't know when or where the pictures were taken that were on line. You need to remove them and NEVER send anyone there again. My husband and friend left. It was not suitable for my son or the other little boy. TERRIBLE. I was sad to have this happen to them. [...]WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK

Cheap place in all aspects
The hotel was in great location but it wasn't up to par. The room was not clean and the bathroom plumping was clotted. There was not heating in the bathroom. The staff was friendly but they did not clean the room as long as we stayed. Cheap hotel. I guess you get what you pay...

not very clean
WENT TO SEE A SHOW LOCATION O.K BUT ROOM NOT VERY CLEAN FLAT PILLOWS LOTS OF DUST UNDER BED. BATROOM MIRROR SPLATTERED.

My night at the falls
this hotel is approximately a quarter-mile from the falls. A nice walk(I am not into walking much) in a very safe area. It's an old motel but nice. Walking distance from the Fallsview casino. There are many restaurants in this area. In resort areas like this it was surprisingly how reasonable the restaurants were. This is the second time I stayed at this property. I think it was excellent for the money.

Japan Travels
Great for a couple days
This is a hotel for someone on a budget. It is old and it really shows, but don't let that stop you from staying here. The friendly staff and location more than make up for it. I would definitely stay here again. My wife and I were helped above and beyond what we normally get at a hotel. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and love to help with anything.

You Get What You Pay For
No complementary breakfast offered (not even coffee) as stated when I booked this trip. Staff always wanted cash for parking ($12 and $4.50 for room key). We could leave the car an hour longer after check out for an additional $5. Staff only accepted cash for those "extra" services as this is probbly their own income. Bought a 4 attractions pass at the hotel. Staff told us to pay cash ($92). When I said I had not that much cash, she said use your debit card and finally when I was ready to walk away, she accepted a credit card. Staff is trying to make extra money off tourists. Not trustworthy at all.

decent, basic accommodations
Was charged an additional $3.50 per day because I booked with Orbitz. Beware also the $12 per day parking fee that was not mentioned before. Otherwise, good location ( could walk to Falls, lots of cheap, fast food available on Lundy's Lane nearby), cheap price, nice staff
