Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview, ON

The hotel was perfect! I cannot complain about anything,

so here we are located in tourist trap central where all food comes in large quantities and plastic containers to go back to your hotel room with which was awesome considering our room had a fridge and a microwave...except that you can't microwave plastic and the hotel offers no form of cutlery, not even paper plates and bowls, I wasn't even able to get a roll of paper towel from them, so for that I take away 1 bar on amenities, aside from that everything else was great in this hotel.

We stayed here on our wedding night and it was beautiful. When we arrived they put us in VIP parking and comped us for the parking because it was our wedding night. The Jetted tub was fabulous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The veiws were spectacular!!!

Friendly staff at checkin. Hotel was just remodeled this year, still looks new. Maid service was outstanding. On site restaurant, Tony Romas was excellent, the bartender, Ferguson was very good. Nice breakfast buffet for a great price. On the less than positive side, the bed was much harder than any bed I have ever encountered. Surprisingly, I slept well. Also, the whirlpool tub by the pool is just a whirlpool, not a hot tub. The on staff tour guide only represents 1 tour company. I have never encountered a hotel that just uses one tour company. We elected to find our own tour after the hard sell at the hotel. The not-so-hot tub was the biggest disappointment, all the others are just small annoyances.

-amazing location...very close to the falls and all the restaurants and shopping! -guestroom and bathroom was ultra modern and super comfortable...we were 4 people on the same room with 2 queen beds...perfect for a family! -the valet parking is a little expensive compared to some other hotels in the area -all in all a fun experience -would definitely stay here again!! absolutely recommended!!

enjoyed the overall experience of the Radisson Hotel and staff. I only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and enjoyable. Well worth the price for the location

Our stay at the Radisson Hotel and Suites Fallsview was wonderful! The room was just as described......awesome view of Horseshoe Falls at an awesome price! The staff was great. We had a late flight and our desk clerk extended our check out time to better coincide with our flight. Great location and close to attractions. Thank you Radisson for a great stay!

The hotel was located just minutes from the Falls. The room was average, clean. The bathroom had a moldy shower curtain which was changed out once I told Management. I had a new girl check me in wasn't very informative, had me initial for my car staying in their lot but neglected to tell me there was a $20.00 + tax a day charge.(my fault should have read it...if it was stated) But might I say my kids stayed at another hotel on the falls and paid the same for the room as I did at the Radisson, but the parking was only $10.00 a day. In addition there are numerous self parking areas that the lots are only $5.00 a day and most are right there next to hotel. The check out girl wanted to meet the price of the other hotel and management refused to let her do that. Other than the parking experience and the moldy shower curtain it was an ok experience. Would I stay again...I think I would pick another hotel.

Niagrra Falls view. Best Location .Yes ! needed more 24hrs Dining . Well planed and Short .

We were vacationing in Niagara Falls for the first time. The Radisson was a good hotel for the price. Friendly staff and we ended up with a huge room. However, the down side of this was we reserved a fallsview room with two queens expecting that we could add a rollaway bed to the room for the child traveling with us only to be told at the desk that would not be possible in a fallsview room as they are so small. So, we made the decision to go with the larger room and the three beds. Wish it had said somewhere in the room description that rollaway beds were not allowed in these rooms so word of caution to other people looking to do the same. Sleep number beds advertised in the rooms didn't work too well. One kind of changed and the other didn't work at all. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel but it wasn't perfect.
