Ramada Niagara Falls

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything has been remodeled recently. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Free shuttle service. Short walking distance from the falls. Great value for your money.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel provides transportation close to the falls. The hotel was nice, the internet connection was good and the staff was helpful.

My boyfriend and I had a great time in Niagara Falls, the hotel was great in a good location from what we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions and information. I would definitely stay at the Ramada again.

It's my second stay at the Ramada, 6045 Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls. First trip was in June and had a few issues with the access card. Changed it about 3 times for it wouldn't work. This trip was perfect. No issues whatsoever. Just wished we didn't have to pay extra for parking. Will stay there again. Thanks.

This was a great hotel for the price. It's a few blocks from all the attractions, but we were pleasantly surprised to learn there was a free shuttle that went all around to the different tourist areas. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a king jacuzzi room, which was quite large, comfortable and very clean. There's an indoor pool and an IHOP, neither of which we visited. Nice hotel. We were very satisfied. You might want to think twice about parking your car there, after tax it was $25!

The location of the hotel was good and it was reasonably priced. Although the room was clean there were tiles in the bathroom that were not even attached to the floor. For the price, no big deal... First, let me state that a hotel can not be responsible for the conduct of their guests. With that being said, they ARE responsible for how they handle situations when they arise. In our case, we were awaken by a drunk wedding party playing football in their room at 3:30 in the morning. We called the front desk and was told that security would be sent up. No security was sent... 4:00 called yet again... still no security sent up... 4:30 security finally arrived and it got quiet. An hour is not a reasonable response time! Upon check out we were next to another quest on another floor who had the same issue with the same wedding party. How could this have been avoided... The hotel was not full at all (off season) The entire wedding party should have been put on the top floor in a corner where they could not disturb other guests. In addition, if they were not able to send security up immediately, the front desk should have called up to the disruptive room and informed them there have been complaints and ask them to keep it down. No call was made. When the party started up again at 6:30 am. we just got up and left.

The room was clean. Did not eat in hotel or use swimming pool etc. Beds ok and pillows good. Just use room for sleeping. Location and price good.

It was agreable. the only thing i regret was less care of employee to aid customer as me stranger and with some problem understandig and speeching english.

It was a good thing I read through my confirmation email. I specifically requested 2 non-smoking rooms and when I read my confirmation online, it said I had reserved 2 smoking rooms. [...]. When we arrived to check in, again, they tried to put us into 2 smoking rooms. But after all said and done, I spoke to the manager, he was real nice about it, saying that the computer places all customers in non-smoking room unless otherwise specified first before putting customers in smoking rooms. He did manually put me in for 2 non-smoking rooms, the only other downside was the parking fee of $12/day.
