Great location and clean
The motel was clean . It was a retro 60's architecture but very clean. We have been to the falls many times but never stayed in Canada. It was nice to see the lights and be very tired and just walk to your room and relax. The breakfast at the motel was very good and reasonably priced. We would stay there again and recommended it to our family.

Don't be fooled by the $6.99 all-you-can-eat deals! The meal is low cost (and average taste/selections), but one coffee will cost you $3.95 (as will a glass of OJ or milk). Actually found NO best place to recommend for breakfast but a fantastic place for dinner was the Manderin (about 3 miles from falls). $19 all-you-can-eat and fantastic choices and taste.

The hotel staff was very friendly, check-in was a breeze. We were given a map with all of Niagara's attractions and the hotel's location, discount coupon books, etc. This is an old hotel but the room was cleaner than new hotels we've stayed in. Not the most convenient location but okay. We were within walking distance to the falls. Have already recommended to another couple. One thing we missed was wireless internet in the room.

For what you save on the hotel you will make up on meals. Niagara has some of the highest meal prices I've seen. Two breakfasts (bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast and coffee) with tip is about $34 and that was our cheapest meal.

Great Hotel for the price
Best hotel I've stayed at in the Niagara Falls area for the price. Rooms were clean, well maintained, very comfortable. Location is good but not great (but for the price you probably won't do any better). Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, Clean , Convenient
Great location, moments walk to a great view of the falls. Minolta tower across the street.Friendly service at all points of contact. Room was spotless, and large. Resturant served a great breakfast with a smile at great price.Plenty of parking.

Drive and park at the IMAX parking lot to access Clifton Hill attractions.One lot was two dollars full day and the other was five dollars full day.

staff extremely informative,caring,nice. Location too far to main strip(clifton hills) Pool was not heated as promised,stayed for 2 days pool freezing. Free for parking and kids was great. TV basic channels only lousy reception Yes I would still go back again as I am not there to just watch TV and swim.

Great value for the money and close to many attractions. Super friendly & helpful staff. Room was large with separate vanity area and plenty of closet/storage space.

Just a hotel
Pool was closed and only a few chanels on tv but cleanliness was satisfactory and it was quite easy to check in. Comfort was decent and honestly I wasn't expeting more. Everything was within walking distance.
