The location of the hotel relative to the falls was quite good. The room was a good size containing a small fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and clean. The problem was the airconditioning was not working. After reporting it a second time we were told that it could not be repaired and we would have to move to another room. Also, the keys did not work sometimes and we had to go back to the front desk to get a new pair. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Dont think i will be going back.

Absolutley terrible.
Bad experience. The tub wouldnt drain, and when it did, it was drainging in to the toliet, as we were leaving for the day, told the front desk, came back about 4 hours later, nothing fixed. Told them again, after coming back a second time we found the tub full of chunky black stuff. The bed was uncomfortable, and everything was VERY outdated. Smelled of bleach reallly bad. I would rather pay $100 more and stay at the embassy, where I know itll be dependable. Wont ever stay here again.

Great for the Money
Great location. Because of the free parking we were happy with leaving the car there most of the time, only driving when we needed to get something a little out of town. Walked to all our meals, the casino, the falls, and the club. Room was nice and clean, no complaints there. Only downside was that the site says there is currency exchange but there isn't. However there are machines every few yards so it wasn't a big deal that the hotel didn't have it.

If you are in your 20's, Rumours Nightclub is really good. It's less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Go on Friday night, it's ladies night so no cover charge for girls and its not as crazy as Saturday when EVERYONE goes.

Wonderful stay
We had a very positive experience at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet considering we were in the middle of all the action at Niagara Falls. The room was spacious with free parking and a free breakfast and we were able to walk to all the attractions. We will absolutely come back again and again.

Courteous desk clerk
When we arrived, we were given a non smoking room but you could tell that the previous occupants were smoking in the room. We requested a new room and were delighted when we were moved to another non smoking room. Out room was clean and comfortable. Our maid was pleasant and helpful in giving us some suggestions on where to go and what to see.
