So, so experience for a highly rated hot

On business. Stay felt very utilitarian and not a top experience. Bathroom was dirty and cabinets delaminating, used water bottles in the room. Been coming to Ottawa for two years and felt I would try the Arc. Below 90% of the other 60 pls visits to Ottawa.

This hotel was used as a stop

This hotel was used as a stop over on a road trip but was a great find. It is within walking distance of the Parliament buildings, which is why you would go to Ottawa mainly. The hotel is small but very clean and the staff very friendly and helpfull. The free wiine in the evenings was a bonus after a long day sightseeing.
