Suite is clean, comfy and friendly staff
We arrived at Delta for a business trip that lasted only one night. The suite was clean, and the linen was fresh and nicely tucked. I slept soundly. However, the supposedly queen sized bed felt more like a double, and the large pool was bepopulated by young adults who swam all over, disregarding any sort of swimming manners. The pool was murky, over-chlorinated, and frankly disgusting. While swimming I also noticed floating particles of vomit which appeared to have been decomposing in the chlorine for some time. No wonder my friend couldn't even see me when we were swimming. This was a major disappointment for the price that we paid. We chose Delta over a competitor precisely because of the pool and gym. I reacted to management and my message was forwarded to senior management and the technician. I was offered a speedy apology, and a promise that such a lapse would not reoccur.

We were treated to exceptional
We were treated to exceptional service at this business hotel; the front desk staff, and the lobby service staff were both friendly and professional. We were withing walking distance to the atttractions, and we we wre ppleasantly impressed by our room.

Grande chambre, bel hotel, mais
Grande chambre, bel hotel, mais vieillissant. Très différent d'hotels de la même chaine en France par exemple. Pas de restaurant, internet payant.
