We are the TownePlace Suites by Marriott®, the newest hotel in Sudbury, conveniently located on the Kingsway at Falconbridge Road. TownePlace Suites by Marriott® Sudbury is an all-suites hotel, perfect for an extended stay. Relax and feel at home in one of our suites with a fully equipped kitchen, well designed desk and work area complete with complimentary high-speed Internet access and daily Hot breakfast. We feature an indoor pool, hot tub and water slide, meeting rooms, fitness facility and lobby lounge/bar. Pets are welcome; a CAD $50 non-refundable fee applies. For business, leisure and extended stays, our thoughtful amenities and staff will make you feel at home. Slide hours are Friday 5 p.m.-9 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturday 5 p.m.-9 p.m., and Sunday 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Lifeguards must be on duty, and height requirement of 48 inches (4 ft) must be adhered to as per Sudbury Bi-Law and for your child's safety.

Family Emergency stay

Needed to book asap due to funeral and living out of town - got last room at hotel - new facility - new rooms - hotel well designed - did not have breakfast - went to lounge at 9:30 am but had ended - only open until 10am on weekends - also pool slide only available for children on weekends - so amenities were average - but room was fantastic and friendly positive staff!

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Close to Costco and Silver City milleneum center but on a 4 lane highway so need a vehice - 2 minute drive; also 5 minutes from the New Sudbury Shopping Centre - this is a new, clean, above average facility.
