Comfortable rooms and affordability make for a great downtown choice
The clean and comfortable Bond Place Hotel enjoys an excellent downtown location within walking distance of many of Toronto's most popular attractions. Walk to a theater to see a play or visit an art gallery before getting a bite at a nearby cafe or stopping in to visit a friend at university. Mom visiting
Very clean, cheap business travel
I was attending a business meeting in Toronto. This hotel was inexpensive, located in a not so nice looking part of town, but easy access to subway. I arrived hungry and late, and hotel staff recommended that I call for delivery of take-out. The food never came, and when I called the restaurant back they said they couldn't verify order because no one answered the phone at front desk. Too bad, because room is neat, small but clean. Internet costs about USD $9 per day. Don't know if that's standard for hotels in Toronto.

Great Hotel for the Price
The price was perfect for this awesome location. The hotel is accessible to all the hot spots, within walking distance to a subway stop and has plenty of amenities to suit your needs.

Good Location
The location was very good! The choice of beds was limited to one queen-size or two twin beds of which neither would have been my first choice. All other services were good and the staff was very helpful. I would probably stay there again, although I might want to try other hotels in the same area first.

Girls Weekend!
The location of this hotel is phenominal! It is within walking distance to everywhere. From theatres to stores to restaurants. If a little further not a problem to grab the rail cars that are constantly running day and night at a nominal charge. Highly recommend!!

Awesome location, great experience
A block from the subway, 2 blocks from Eaton Center, easy to get anywhere. Very helpful staff. Restaurant fine for breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, mine had character that I enjoyed, not cookie-cutter. Beds great. Only drawback was that there was outdoor concert every night during a city-wide festival, and bands could be heard until 11 p.m.

Perfect location
Location was really great. You have to remember you get what you paid for- The beds are stiff and the rooms are kind of small but clean. It was great for 2 broke college kids. Almost everything is within walking distance. Front desk was a bit off key. Could not even provide us with a map or where we could get one. Parking was difficult to find, Bond Place shares the parking with other businesses and it fills up quickly. Would stay here again just for the location and cheap rates.
