Would never stay at Roe-Hampton again.
Totally disappointed in the attitude of the staff at this hotel because of the fact that we had booked through Orbitz. Gave us a smoking room when we specifically requested a non smoking room. They were unwilling to accomodate us because we had not booked directly with them. Hotel charged 14.00 per night for parking and offered valet parking only although our car ended up parked 20 feet from the entrance. Hotel charging patrons 8.00 for continental breakfast . Coffee considered a continental breakfast. Location is not central to the downtown area but price reflected a central location.

Only Decent Hotel Given It's Location
There are literally no hotels in midtown Toronto. If you need to stay in this location, then this really is your only option. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly, but just has an old feel to the room. If you need a spot to just sleep in thats's clean with literally no frills, then well worth it. If you're going with your wife and/or family, then I suggest somewhere else

Next to the hotel is a great pizza joint. Take that over the restaurant in the hotel.

good location
The location was great being close to the city. The building and the bathroom needs thorough updating. The shower needed new grout and maybe new fixtures and painting.
