good value
The hotel is located within walking distance to the beaches and lake shore walks. Queen Street East has some stores and restaurants but mostly a few blocks away. There is a good bar/restaurant next door and a movie theater across the street. The hotel fee included free parking and internet and continental breakfast. It is a good value. We got a room with two full size beds which were very comfortable and had four feather pillows each bed. In overall, it was a comfortable hotel with a good value.

Basic accommodations at a basic price.
Our room was clean, roomy, and well kept. The small refrigerator was a plus. Staff were very nice, and the continental breakfast was basic though adequate. Free secure parking also a plus. We would stay there again.

the hotel was close to downtown Toronto. the Hotel has free parking included. if you want to avoid parking hassle just take the street car straight to downtown which is very convenient. the stuff were very friendly and helpfull. the room was OK for a 3 stars. the breakfast was good. I recommend this hotel for short stay.

Worst Hotel Ever!
I was on business trip, attending to meetings with high ranking religious in Toronto and conducting interviews in the area. The place was a mess, unorganized. Hotel Management created problems for us more than tried to help us out. I have been lodged at the same hotel elsewhere but this location was very very awful

Very functional,not fancy
Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Room was cramped. The end of the bed was about 12 inches from TV stand. We had to turn sideways to walk past end of the bed. Location was very convenient. The tram had a stop right in front of the hotel. It was easy to use and reasonably priced.

Don't be afraid to walk down, around, and up and down the street. We found some excellent little restaurants just blocks away.

Walk to the beach, convenient everything
The Days Inn Beaches is convenient in many aspects: first, the price is very good for its location - just a short walk to the beach and next door to many restaurants and public transportation. Parking is free, but the parking lot is very limited, so you'll end up with no available parking spaces in the evenings. Room has a funky smell and the first room we were given was not clean, but the receptionist was very nice and immediately brought us the keys to a different room. Continental breakfast is very simple, but very simple is better than nothing (as in the US), right?
