Fun, comfort and plenty of amenities at family-friendly downtown hotel

Great Location!
The Delta Chelsea is located in a ideal spot within walking distance to great restuarants and shopping. The pool, fitness center and rooftop deck are among the best amenities I have encountered in my travels. Highly recommend this hotel.

In the heart of the city
The Delta Chelsea was located within walking distance of Skydome. Also 1 block of the subway to get around city. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Late night restaurant was closed however for renovations Jul-Aug. Room could have been a bit larger( we had premium room but still seemed cramped).

Great place, great location
The Delta in Toronto was a wonderful experience. The location is great in a wonderful city. While I did not take advantage of all of them, the hotel has so many amenitites to offer. I would reccomend this place to anyone traveling for business or pleasure to Toronto.

great vacation hotel
the hotel was a grood place to stay,but don't leave any personal belongiings in the room.Hotel was to far from the airport for a frist timer to go there.

A Pleasant Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay at the Delta Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. It is in a good location. There are subway stations, restaurants, and shops in close proximity to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. If we go to Toronto again, we would like to stay at the Delta Chelsea Hotel.

Nice place for a Trip to Toronto
This was a nice hotel for an affordable price. Located in the perfect location as it is walking distance to many great areas of Toronto. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. Downside, the room was not very large.

Watch check in!
I declined the $20 a night room upgrade but was charged anyway.. To much a hassle to deal with, just ate the $40...

great location but parking was expensive!
There were alot of good and bad sides to the hotel, but overall a good stay. The women who worked the check-in kisok's were rather unfriendly-but the men were friendly so it balanced out. Also the bussiness center was closed for canada day and the day before canada day and the whole weekend which was rather ridiculous. The top floor has a restuarant but that is closed until spetember. But atleast you are in a nice area of downtown toronto, so when you get fed up with the hotel, you can walk around and discover toronto.

GREAT LOCATION
ROOMS WERE COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN, WANTED EXTRA COFFEE AND CREAM AND MAID SERVICE PROVIDED IT WITHOUT ANY HASSLES. VERY NICE POOL AND OUTSIDE DECK ON UPPER LEVEL OF HOTEL.

Good hotel for the price...
Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly hotel staff that helped check me into a premier room. However, the room I was given was either occupied or not ready for a new guest. I was extremely disappointment with that. But the hotel staff was very apologetic and upgraded me to a deluxe room. The hotel is a great value with satisfactory amenities and a central location in downtown Toronto. However, it is more marketed towards families with children and as a single; I probably would stay somewhere more fitting next time. Also the valet at a price of $29 per night (to be expected in any metropolitan city) is extremely slow.
