Pretty good

Everything went smooth checked in easy nice room was kept clean no real problems until last night. On last night which was new years eve the building alarm went off twice once at 230am then again at 440am was pretty rough too as alarm is annoying and keeps running. but checked out and nothing unusual , had a great stay

Very good hotel

Very good hotel & very good location. We had a problem with the lock of the door and had to ask front desk to open our door each time we went out which was a bit annoying.

Lovely

Perfect location. All went well. Got to see the Labor Day Parade assemble outside my window. Lots of loud music early in the morning, but a fascinating gathering.

Good value and service

Standard hilton hotel with the usual high standards. Very convenient and centrally located. Well happy with my stay there. Only criticism is that there was not much variety with the breakfast, limited options. On the whole, would highly recommend.

Great Stay

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. However they closed the executive lounge for the weekend "for cleaning". There was also road construction/closures surround the hotel making difficult for the Taxi drivers to drop you off and a lot of noise in the early mornings.

Great location

Great location (close to the subway as well as the shopping and night light of queen street and king street) and very safe. Biggest inconveniences were having to pay for wifi (a big issue for US citizens who don't want to wrack up huge roaming charges on their smart phones) and no parking. There was, however, a safe garage just down the street that you could park over night for $23. The indoor / outdoor pool offers a great view, especially at night, despite being on the second story.

Easy stay

The hotel is at a great location so its convenient, easy walking, near all main attractions and tube distance and easy to get around Toronto. Hotel lobby area is great and modern, though rooms are outdated. Also we has to call to ask for slippers, shower cap and robe as they didn't have them standard in the rooms. Overall i would recommend it as its easy and clean just don't expect any extras.
