one night business trip

I chose it based on its proximity to businesses I was visiting. My check-in process was smooth, and they gave me a room that avoided construction renovations at the hotel. It was quiet at night and I slept well. I would return.

Not 4 star hotel

great location but the hotel needs to update its bathrooms, beds and furniture. Wanted to bath my son but the bathtub would not close. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. No towels at the swimming pool. Big hotel but does not make you feel like you are staying at a 4 star hotel.

Good Overall Experience

Service at the front desk and at the executive lounge was outstanding. Competent and friendly staff and no waiting in line--very impressive. Wi-Fi was intermittent. My devices constantly needed to be reconnected to Wi-Fi by entering a code. I did not and do not have this problem anywhere else. Hilton should figure out how to maintain a more stable connection. You cannot beat the location. This hotel is smack at the center of downtown Toronto. I was on a trip to see Toronto for the first time, and my experience at Hilton Toronto pleasantly complemented the overall fantastic experience of Canada's first city. If I go to Toronto again, I will consider staying at Hilton Toronto again.

Dining tip: In Hotel

In-Room dining in Toronto Hilton is very expensive. There are many eateries in the neighborhood where you can get very decent food for a fraction of what in-room dining would cost you.

Great downtown location

My two night stay was very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view. It was really nice that a Starbucks and two different restaurants were located in the hotel. Also the airport shuttle stop is right in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.
