- Standard Two Doubles or Two Queens Room
- Stylish and innovative guestrooms feature the signature Grand Bed with either two double or two queen beds. With views of downtown Toronto or Lake Ontario, these comfortable guestrooms are complete with plush duvets, plentiful pillows, spa-inspired bath amenities and massaging shower heads. Floating designer furnishings offer a generous work desk, designer lounge chair, 42 plasma TV, iPod docking station with multi-media interface.

- View Rooms offer all of the comfort and features of the Standard Guestrooms, plus stunning views to delight the senses. View Rooms are located on the top floors of the hotel offering spectacular views of the city or lake. Unique to Toronto, some View Rooms feature outdoor balconies.

Great Location for Dowtown
Right in Downtown close to shops and restaurants. Hotel ,as typical of any Hyatt, is very nice and clean, staff is generous and the rooms are very quiet, modern, and private.

Great rooms, great location
Everything about the hotel feels nice and new. The lobby is clean and open, and the rooms are decked out with swanky new furniture and appliances. Only major downside is the price and the fact that internet is an extra $15/day.

US business man
Good for a short stay, not for families or a week
Hotel is in a fine location,is clean an well staffed. However it's funky decor and room layout makes it less functional than most would like. It has no dresser but instead 4 small vertically deep drawers which hold very little and aren't very functional. The bathroom is laid out with no place to put your stuff. Women would hate both of these. It's fine for a copule days business trip (though Internet access is $14.95 a day, not free as in other hotels and pricy to boot). I wouldn't recommend it for families.

underwhelmed
This is not the caliber of hotel experience that I expect from a Hyatt. Much of the staff was indifferent. There was no concierge. The bathroom layout was very awkward. It wasn't horrible but certainly not typical Hyatt quality.

ist day tv broke moved to another room. 2nd day room keys stop working. all day out sightseeing come back to room NO toilet paper. air-conditioner bad all week.

Great Spot
Staff very friendly and informative. We went to live theatre shows in the area. Plenty of great restaurants in the immediate area.
