Happy wedding guest
Nice place for a wedding reception
We were in town for a wedding and stayed here so we'd be on site for the reception. The rooms were clean and modern. The banquet hall was nicely sized for the event and the food was great.

Excellent room, price, and location
We had a wonderful time in Toronto and the location of the hotel made a lot of it possible. We were within walking distance to most attractions and we were able to utilize the transit system nearby. The room had a great view and the staff was very friendly. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Fit my needs
I came for a conference at the Sheraton (a 5 minute walk away). The hotel fit all my needs. The room was pleasant. Free wifi was a nice touch, and their gym was great.I'm sure, however, that there are cheaper options available in the area. Take note that they charge an "amenities fee" to [...] customers upon check-out.

Japango (one of the best Japanese / sushi restaurants in town) is just around the corner from the hotel. Definitely make a reservation if interested, because the restaurant is tiny!

For a Great Stay....try the Met!
The concierge was very helpful, especially as we were looking for last-minute tickets to Second City, and he scored us a pair for the sold-out show. The hotel itself is in a perfect part of the city, within walking distance to several points of interest (Eaton Centre, City Hall, Queen Street, etc.). The room was newly remodeled, and the pool quiet and relaxing.

Good, but needs a fridge ...
My best friend and I stayed here for a special music event we were were attending. I had rented the Business Executive Suite as I was doing a bit of overtime for work while at the hotel. I was able to locate the hotel with no problems because I had taken a shuttle from Pearson International and it stopped right in front of the hotel. The check in was very easy and the staff was very courteous. My friend was showing up after me and the staff had no problems getting her the extra key I requested. The hotel is located right downtown so it's a great location. I did have some problems though. The room was described as having a large hot tub, but two people could not fit in it and we are both small people. The windows do not fully open so there wasn't much air flow. There was stereo in the bedroom with 5.1 surround sound including sub-woofer which impressed me, but the cables were all loose, also most radio stations were not coming in clear and the living room just had a clock radio type system. It being a Business Executive Suite I had expected at least a bar fridge in the room but there was none and most of the ice machines (located on every 2nd floor) were empty and the internet was a bit laggy for an executive/business person. They do have underground parking but it is VERY narrow and hard to move a Civic around in so I'd hate to see how bad it would be with a full sized car, I'd recommend letting the valet park your car as my friend scratched her car trying to leave. I left two items in the room and the hotel staff stated they couldn't locate them when I called the next day. Overall I'd give a 3.5 - 4 star

Nice, comfty stay in Toronto
This was my first visit to Toronto. I had a friend who would take me around so decided to stay at this hotel to be at a central location for my visiting purposes. I didn't spend much time at the hotel since I was out a lot, but I found it to be perfect for my trip since it was clean, with a very comfortable bed, and enough space for my weekend needs (those who think rooms are small, go to Europe...).

Ok hotel for the location, but
Ok hotel for the location, but very unhappy about fees!! $30.00 was noted on initial confirmation as mandatory fee to be billed by hotel, it ended up being $48.00, not impressed at all! This was supposed to be for pool and phone fee's, I didn't even get to the pool or use their phones!!!!!
