Perfect family getaway
First of all, the hotel is located in a perfect place to discover Toronto by foot or public transportation in the heart of Chinatown with a great choice of good and authentics asian (of course) restaurants. After that, we have booked a suite for 5 persons, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. We were on the top of the building, every night we have enjoyed the light show on the CN Tower and the skyline of Toronto. About the comfort, all was perfect : very roomy, calm, comfortable, jacuzzi, separated bedrooms, excellent beds... The only points for us to improve : breakfast is somehow basic and the personal at the lobby doesn't have enough time to smile... But in general, it's a very good experience that we strongly recommend.

Great Stay!
The hotel was nice, always clean, the staff was very polite and competent, there was a breakfast, and the room was very big for the price we paid! I really ejoyed my stay! Of course you have to do a little 5 -7 min walk to get to downtown areas like eaton centre but its okay, its really worth it!

Money-saving tip:
Long walk from hotel
If you have to get somewhere by streetcar or subway, i really recommand you take the day pass. Its 10$ and its valid all day long and for as many people as you want, we were 6 traveling on one pass, instead of paying 3$ per person everytime you want to get somewhere! That saves a lot of money!

Great value for money, recommended
Great value for money, good clean hotel, convenient central enough location, friendly, helpful staff and all the facilities you would exspect. Local area is vibrant if a little noisy for those who want it quiet, and a little further from the centre than some of the more expensive downtown hotels, but to be expected and worth it for the price.

not worth the price
Older building with very small rooms. The parking lot was a maze as well. The staff was friendly and helpful but the building didn't feel clean. Breakfast was very sub-par.

Very convenient downtown Toronto hotel
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was good and very popular. One problem was that there is no place for taxis to park except in the middle of the busy street which fronts the hotel so one must hail a cab which then holds up city traffic while you get in - a bit unnerving in our case since it was also raining at the time. However $150 (approx.) for a 2-star hotel is way over-priced.

A good, clean place to stay
If you're looking for a nice, quiet, clean place to stay after a late baseball game this is it. I don't think that I would stay here for an extended period of time because it was not easily accessible. You had to enter the hotel, which is on the third floor, thru the Chinatown Mall. The elevators were slow so getting to the hotel part was not quick nor easy. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nothing special (cereal and bagels with coffee/juice).

Practical choice
good location for waterfront, rogers center, ontario museum. Able to walk to all of those and take the trolley when we were tired. service was good. the breakfast room was a little crowded, but okay. When finding the hotel, keep your eyes sharp; it's not that visible. It's between queen and dundas on spadina.

The Best HOTEL
The best hotel in downtown Toronto!!! The location was in the heart of Chinatown. The oriental food on Spadina Avenue was awesome! Most of the attractions are within minutes of walking. I would recommend anybody visiting Toronto to stay here!
