Perfectly situated in the heart of downtown Toronto, The Strathcona Hotel is steps from the fashionable shopping district, entertainment district, and financial district. Located across the street from the Union Station and within two blocks off the Air Canada Centre, the Rogers Centre, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, CN Tower, and the Harbourfront. For a more unique experience travelers are also within walking distance to Torontos famous St. Lawrence Market, the Island, the Gay Village, as well as specialty bars and restaurants. Conveniently accessible from the Pearson international Airport and Porter Airlines Island Airport- both airport shuttle drop/pick up in front of the hotel. Our intimate and charming hotel boasts 194 newly renovated, elegantly appointed, modern guestrooms. All rooms offer the latest in comfort, fantastic bedding package and the cleanliness of wooden floors. The entire hotel has Wi-Fi connection and a 24hours business center. Strathcona is a good deal

Quick, easy walk to Union Station one way, to convention center the other way.Parking directly next door in public lot.

Very clean but a bit worn. Small rooms but if you are attending a convention at the Toronto Convention center, this is as as close as you can get except for the on-site hotel (twice the cost). A

Recreational Attactions Short walk from hotel

Even though it is one of the most touristy things to do while visiting, I would highly recommend seeing the CN Tower, which is a short walk from this hotel. It is breathtaking.

There are a lot of restaurants along King Street in the entertainment district (take a left out of the hotel and a left on King), we went to one in particular called Urban that was absolutely fantastic!
