Grand Cayman Beach Suites

We had a great time at the Cayman Beach Suites. The hotel suites were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved having a huge bathtub. The property was nice and the employees were very gracious. This resort is one of the few that has covered lounge seating on the beach. The food that we ate at the hotel was very good. Red Sail sports is located on the property and we were able to book our water excursions quick and easily. Other reviews talked about the noise from the construction next door to the hotel. We did hear the noise but it did not bother us at all. I would return to the Cayman Beach Suites on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

We absolutely love this hotel. It's small enough to provide personal service and complete enough to provide desired ammenities. The beach chairs are truly the best on Seven Mile Beach. Walking distance to any of the terrific restaurants and shopping opportunities are the best.

This place was small and beautiful. The staff was warm and welcoming. They knew us by name made sure we had everything we needed.

Grand Cayman Beach Suites is a very nice resort with top notch staff that work hard at making your stay the best. ALL of the staff were exceptional! They were courteous and professional. Location is great with all the things you need within walking distance. Deckers a nice bar/restaurant, a very nice italian deli and even a liquor store right across the street. We Snorkeled right off the beach and saw colorful fish, a big mutton snapper which liked to follow us around and even a huge spiny lobster. We ate at Hemingway's for breakfast and dinner and pool side for lunch, all were excellent. We would absolutely stay there again!

The Hotel is in the heart of everything and the rooms are real nice. The kitchenette is perfect for any thing you want to do. It even has a toaster, wine glasses,and coffee in the room.The main lobby has apples and coffee anytime you want it. A super place to stay with first class staff.

My wife and I had a great vacation at the Beach Suites recently. The staff was wonderful from the manager, to the waiters/bartenders, to the maids. The rooms were spotless and a great layout with amazing views of the beach. It had a good size bedroom and bathroom and the living room had a pull-out couch, kitchenette and more. The amenities were better than expected with great on-site restaurants, sports rentals and shops as well as beautiful pools. You really didn't ever need to leave the property, if you didn't want to. There was always plenty of room on the beach loungers which had covers to keep you shaded, if you so desired. No waiting in the restaurants and excellent food, especially breakfast! The location was also exceptional. We were on a great part of 7 mile beach with easy access to Georgetown and West Bay via buses. Great restaurants were within walking distance and we never even worried about safety. Even though we didn't travel with children, the hotel seemed very kid-friendly. I have already recommended this place to friends and family so I certainly would recommend it to anyone else. We will definitely be returning.

Nice rooms, great beach, nice lounge chairs with covers, great value if you get a good sale. Regular prices high for what you get.

My Wife and I were looking forward to a weekend getaway. This Hotel is on the 7 Mile beach which we loved. Location is great. We showed up at 1:30 from our flight and were told that our room was not ready! The hotel was not even close to full and we were treated so bad on arrival we were both very concerned. They simply told us to come back after 3? We had no car as we had taken a Taxi from the Airport and had our bags. They did finally offer to take our bags and said good by until 3. We wondered for a while feeling tired and dirty from our long travel day. The front desk staff were terrible to us the entire stay. No help whatsoever! The room was large. We were on the South side which lacks it's own balcony that you can actually sit on. Next door is a large construction project which was quiet upon our arrival on Friday. What a Mistake. On Saturday morning and again on Monday morning we were woken up promptly at 7:00am by the construction workers in full swing. We were never told about the construction prior to booking and the Hotel had plenty of open rooms which we could have stayed in on the Non Construction side? Staff offered no help when we asked for a local spot to eat. All and all the front desk staff were very rude and not what we expected. The location is great as 7 Mile beach is steps away. There were plenty of Beach chairs every day and the beach was clean and well maintained. Get nicer staff and put guests on the other side of the project if possible? Tell everyone about the construction BEFORE they book?

Hotel is nice and clean. Disappointing not having free WiFI anywhere in the complex. Location perfect. Due to less than ideal weather condition this expensive vacation was disappointing.

We decided to take a last minute trip and found the Grand Cayman Beach Suites. We hit the jackpot. It has its own section of beach with condominiums next door, so lots of beach room which is important to us. We had a great room that looked directly at the ocean and it had all the amenities. Both the desk staff and the room/maid service were exceptional. They were informative and patient. We won't hesitate to return.
