What a beautiful place!!!!
It was great!, after going around this beautiful country, it was so nice to find a clean room, comfortable with the most beautiful view. This hotel was our best experience, better price that any B&B, a real hotel. I will go back and I recommend this hotel 100%

went there for relaxation and watch usa womens worls basketball tournament. Hotel view was across the water and you also have excellent view of the top of the mountain with snow on top!! The hotel staff were very helpful in all ways. Very clean hotel!!

dining short distance away. You can also dine in the hotel up to 23.00hr .Hotel opens at the back to a big mall. Excellent security-you need a key to get in and out and there is always a security guard at the entrance from the back or from the front of the Hotel.

Unbeatable location for the price
This is an excellent hotel. It is well located with a nice view, clean and roomy. The staff is friendly and eager to solve any situation.

Quality hotel; impeccable service
Although staying overnight in Puerto Montt was not recommended by the travel book we purchased, the Holiday Inn Express Puerto Montt was the cleanest, most modern hotel we experienced during our trip (including some more highly recommended hotels in Santiago). The rooms were clean, the views of the waterfront were enjoyable and the bi-lingual staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. One night of our stay involved the electricity being turned off by the power company (no fault of the hotel) and the staff did very well notifying guests and providing services. We used Puerto Montt as a base to explore the Lake Llanquihue area, the Osorno Volcano, Hornopiren and Chiloe Island. We found the location perfect for this itinerary and the accommodations very refreshing after days of driving and hiking. Our parking was included in the room rate and the front desk provided exit cards each day for free departure from the underground parking garage. A complimentary breakfast was also included in our reservation and it was always fresh and well-stocked -- even the morning after the electricity had been turned off. For travelers who do not want to drive daily, this may not be a great location. For us, however, the modern amenities were greatly appreciated after having experienced some other more rustic lodging options during our trip. Based upon our experience, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Esta ubicado en pleno centro de Puerto Montt, con estacionamiento (en mall), por lo que resulta muy comodo para viajes de negocio. El sistema de seguridad es moderno y la atencion es cordial.
