NICE LOCATION
It was a very bad experience when the clerk mentioned we would be able to get our room after 3PM. And there was no way we could get it before unless we pay extra 180 dlls Specially considering that the plane arrives at 5 AM to Santiago

Modern Hotel, good location and service
Many rooms were not ready on check-in July 12 because a pipe burst to flood the floor. The problem was kindly explained. I was put up for the night as a "preferred guest"at a more expensive hotel with free transportation. After checking in at Caesar's Business on July 13, I found a complimentary bottle of wine and antipasto in my room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent English language skills. Extremely close to clean metro station.

Caesar Business
Caesar Business Santiago de Chile
I recently traveled to Santiago on business and the Caesar Business was recommended as the hotel to stay based upon central location and within walking distance to client office. The hotel and rooms are very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff at the hotel was very helpful whilst staying at the hotel as well as arranging transportation when I need to go somewhere outside of walking distance. The only issues I encountered during my stay involved issues with hot water during the morning and water quality (water was brown when hot water run from the taps), after mentioning these two issues to hotel staff the issues were addressed. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santiago on holidy or for business.

Nothing special the room was not bad but the breakfast was very limited and timely. Front desk employees were very helpful and professional.
