Very noisy staff, hard bed and tough location to find!

Check in staff we nice, but cleaning staff were EXTREMELY LOUD and noisy very early in the morning! If you like to be woken up at 7am by staff yelling to each other in the halls, then this is the place for you! I'd stay at the Downtown Backpacker's Hostel instead next time as they offer tour information and helpful advice for travelers, at even better rates!
Bed was very hard and shower area needed a good grout cleaning.
Otherwise, this is an average 2 star hotel...

酒店離地鐵西直門站最近，轉程的士要五分鐘（十元），步行要二十分鐘，步行十分鐘可到公交車站。附近沒有夜市之類的商店，只有飯館，不方便逛街。
清潔度和上網速度不錯，但設備一般。所有房都沒有冰箱，要到樓下常開的便利店購買物品。水壓不夠，沒有浴盤。前台的服務態度因人而異，只有一個比較友善和解難能力較強。其他服務員一遇上問題，便會請客人直接與經理對話，處理問題能力十分弱，尤其是處理信用卡過帳問題，居然說要有現金存款才能處理！網上價格與門市特價相差只有百分之十，Hotel Club 要檢討一下，否則，下次直接向酒店訂房也是一樣。

Check in was the best and checking out was quick. I was not happy with our bathroom we has four in our party. We didnot have enough towels and the toilet ran all the time. Beds were okay, not enough pillows. Air conditioner was noises. Pool was not clean or heated. I told all this to the manager, she said thanks but not discount. There was no breakfast unless you pay more for your room.

One nite stay; first time there. We were completely satisfied with the accomadations. We did not eat in as there were really good choices nearby; a fantastic mexican restaurant next door(we love mixican) and a Shoneys nearby for a great breakfast bar. Location was convienent to the Interstate and all the plumbing things worked like they were supposed to. We will stay there again when in the area.

It is a 3 floor low rise modern building. Great location, near subway station Fuchenmen (line 2) and food market. Staff is friendly but doesn t speaK English well so prepare yourself, don t expect them to help you with directions. Pick up your free city map at the conciergerie desk. They keep it secretly so don t mind to ask them to give you one. The lobby is beautiful and breakfast buffet has plenty of choices (continental and chinese meals).

The staff here are very helpful; however, things may get "lost in translation" if you don't speak Mandarin. The rooms are small compared to other hotels I've stayed in the west, but I think that is to be expected. Free internet was a sight for sore eyes. The location is about 30-minutes from the city center, which may run you about 50-Yuan for a taxi; although, there is a metro stop about 5-minutes walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has a variety of activities that you can enjoy from an arcade to an full bowling alley. The price is pretty reasonable; although, they charge you if you have your sheets cleaned daily.

Uses deception about breakfast

The hotel was very clean and the concierge staff was fantastic. The business center was VERY expensive as was the restaurant. My complaint about this hotel was their deception about breakfast which they included in the amenity list – they did not list lunch and dinner, just breakfast which would lead one to think the breakfast was included in the price of the room (over 150 RM with tax).
