Excellent- Location, Service, Price
They can further improve- 1. I will appreciate some Free- Computer use (30-45 minutes/day), in a better chair and desk type comfortable mode to screen our essential personal e-mails and news sites every day. 2. Without Service fee- Currency exchange by the hotel front desk (up to $300/day, as permitted by the govt.) They have an auto exchange(ATM LIke) with 4% fee, not so good. My Xian Hotel experience was better in these two points then CP, at WFJ

Centrally located western style hotel
I was in Beijing for business meetings. The hotel had everything I needed including an exercise room. The hotel breakfast is excellent. This is important since there are few good options in the immediate area. This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location. The staff is very helpful. Wireless is free in the lobby where there are lots of comfortable chairs. Many of the important Beijing sites are close by.

Short walk from hotel
There is a very famous peking duck restaurant about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Most of the walk is along a pedestrian street...very interesting. The food is very special. The concierge can give you precise directions.

Great Location
The hotel was comfortable, clean, and fun to hang out in, but the reason to stay in the hotel is its location. We left early in the mornings and returned at night, walking around all of downtown Beijing and the tourist sites. The staff was very accommodating and the travel desk had some great packages. The hotel was not as glitzy as four-stars in other cities, but compared to other Beijing hotels, it was great.

Ask First
When I asked the desk clerks about the proper way to tip the food servers I was told to just hand them money which we did. After we checked out we found that a 15% service charge was added to the price of the meal under a mans name. We ate several meals and only once did a male wait on us. Otherwise they were all female servers. Maybe I expected too much when I expected the prices to be lower (since it was China) but was surprised to find out that the breakfast buffet was $31.00 a person. Also, internet services were added and local phone charges to get online and that would not have been a problem but we were told that the service would be free.
