This hotel was a good overall experience. Staff was great and room comfortrable. Enjoyed the stay along river. Executive floor upgrade was not worth the cost.

Otter and Panda
Beware of this hotel
The customer service at this hotel was horrible. The management was not responsive to any complaints or concerns. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. It is not the same level of service one generally has at a Sofitel. Although the location is good and rooms are nice, I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful time there. The staff was very helpful. They tried to speak English as we tried to speak Chinese. Of course we laughed and figured out what we needed. We would definitely stay there again.
