Weekend stay
I have stayed here many times and have had issues in the past however this time everything was very good. I am not sure if it was because I had a reservation with a suite although I believe that had a big part in it This is not a 5 star hotel however I will give it 4

Service with a smile
I was in Shanghai on business and this hotel was very accomdating. Shanghai is so large I don't know that you can say location was great but was fairly close to my needs. Scale, Microwave, Outlets didn't work like they should...but otherwise it was service, service and service. If you need a soft drink, dont buy from the hotel, they are 10-15 times higher than a Family Mart about 5 minutes walk.

Rate reduction during middle of stay. The rates went down $15 per night. Maybe it may have been better to make arrangement directly with the Hotel for extented stays (16nights). Perfect for short stays.

The reception offered different
The reception offered different rate from the reservation rate at check in. I mentioned about that to the reception at check in&out, but they did not accept my reservation rate and I had to pay as same as they offered... After I returned to home, I reported to HotelClub and I can received payback from HotelClub. HotelClub's handling was speedy and excellent.
