Fabulous!
This is a true 5-star hotel -- everything is done to perfection. Really wonderful and accommodating staff. Nice restaurants. Perfect location -- 5-min walk to the Bund and a little more to Nanjing Road. All the convenience and none of the Bund/Nanjing Road congestion and noise. Incredible view! It was a business trip and there were five of us (five rooms). All five of us are extremely happy with our stay.

Fabulous Service in Great location
Great location and fab views of the city. Best location to be as you can walk to major sights from here. The Chinese restaurant is fabulous and excellent value for money. Rooms are very good and well laid out.

The room was large with an amazing view. The spa- steam room, hot tub/sauna- were not co-ed so the only portion of the spa we could enjoy together was the pool which was freezing, this was a little dissapointing. The location is a bit of a hike to the rest of the activity of the Bund. The lobby was cold, industrial- not a gathering area. The service was great and everyone was helpful. We were easily able to get a very late check out. Beyond the great view its not a great place for a couple looking for a romantic night or young people wanting to check out the Bund.

Location and the night view is fantastic,panoramic in river view room.I expected more from a roof top bar which service was super bad and full of noisy white men hinting women.
