Excellent Facility
The Ramada, the elegant hotel back exiting onto Nanking Road, is an excellent facility. My stay was very rewarding, relaxing, and comfortable. The hotel staff were responsive answering requests within minutes. The bathroom toiletry items were outstanding and permitted guests too stay without any additional items. The front staff and concierge personnel provided concise information regarding local sights and shopping. Also the hotel was only a short walk to Red Square, the museum, underground shopping and many other famous Shanghai places of interest. My stay was very enjoyable and I am now planning my next trip to Shanghai.

部屋に備え付けのセーフティボックスが無料なのは良いが、今回預けていて空かなくなり（機能が停止。預ける前からなんとなく古びた外観で不安があった）フロントTELしたが２度TELして係員が来てオーﾌンするとい事態あり、出かける間際であり、結構あせりました。
