- Papagayo Pura Vida is our hotel's poolside on site restaurant. They offer a variety of national and international cuisine from Costa Rican "casados", a dish of rice, beans, sweet plantains, fish or chicken and salad, to delicious seafood, chicken, and steak dishes. Try their to die for shrimp and rice, or Caribbean chicken. Enjoy a relaxing frozen margarita while lounging at the pool, or choose from an endless list of other mixed drinks, beer, or wine. They also offer a kids menu if your traveling with your family. The location of Papagayo Pura Vida couldn't be better, situated right in front of our private beach and pool area. Enjoy your meal with a spectacular view.
