Hotel Globo has been erected in 2001 and is considered as one of the most luxurious hotels in Split since it has the best equipment. The hotel Globo is situated in the center of the city, at only few steps from all public and cultural institutions, but also from the city-s beaches, the fact that represents a big advantage of staying in this hotel. At only ten minutes of walk through the historic center of Split you will find yourself on the famous promenade with palm trees and a series of bars, which are the favorite meeting place of Split's population. Hotel Globo's accommodation capacities consist in one comfortable apartment with 4 beds, 20 double rooms and 5 triple rooms. All the rooms in the hotel Globo are equipped with the proper bathroom, air condition, minibar, satellite television and telephone. The hotel also offers Dry cleaning, Lobby and Reception.

The city of Split is situated in the warmest region of the northern Mediterranean coast, in the very center of the Adriatic eastern coast and in the immediate vicinity of the rivers Jadro and Zrnovnica. The first inhabitant of Split was the Roman emperor Diocletian who started to build his palace in this friendly bay around 293 AD. The appearance and facilities

The appearance and facilities would have been good for a two star hotel, but definitely not for business or high quality vacation experience. Breakfast was really disappointing and there's no point of paying for it because there is lot of lovely bakeries around the hotel and Split area. The staff was helpful and nice until they had to take any complaints about the hotel under which they were hostile and defensive. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who expects anything more than an expensive two star experience.

Very spacious room in a semi modern

Very spacious room in a semi modern hotel within a 10 minute walk to the medieval town centre. Reception staff a bit sterile but they warmed up once they realised how much we liked Split and became very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good and had plenty of variety of food. I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Rummen är ok, rena. Frukosten

Rummen är ok, rena. Frukosten inte så bra för att vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Gångavstånd till Gamla Staden men inte så trevlig gångväg, känns som att det ligger i ett "övergivet" kvarter. Liten reception. Bor ofta på hotell lite varstans, har gjort det sedan jag var liten, och saknar en trevlig reception på Globo. Var nu på andra hotell i/omkring Split som också var 4-stjärniga och de var trevligare.
