Great hotel but a little far away
It was a great hotel, very nice area, beds were comfortable, it was clean and the staff was great. It was a little far from the city center though. It was anywhere from 65-110 KN to get there (about 11-20 dollars). The taxi prices seem to go up at night. I would recommend it though.

Short drive from hotel
The lake has better nightlife in my opinion. The center has some great bars, but the clubs are VERY crowded. The lake has great clubs and you can actually move around.

Perfect Passthrough
We were looking for a hotel to break up a long drive. This hotel was perfect - right off the freeway. The rooms were nothing special, but the hotel had many services including a free internet lounge off the lobby. Not a great location for seeing downtown Zagreb.

good hotel for the price
The hotel staff is really friendly and speaks English. The hotel wasn't as close to the airport as described, but about a 25 minutes drive. The bed in our double room was smaller then a double bed but the room was also small.The room was very clean but there was no hot water and it took more then 10 minutes of running water and only then warm water started. The hotel in near a major road so at night it's really noisy.
