Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Palace Prague

This hotel just worth for 4 stars only. 1st, the bathroom' s floor with dirt spots around the toilet area. 2nd, the room services NOT response happiness. 3rd, The hot bread-fast have not enough choices. I would suggest, they should provide a electric kettle in the gust room, instead to ask room services for tea or coffee and response the un-welling face. Although the hotel provide 24 hrs. free coffee.

At arrival the room had a terrible smell, a mixture of tobacco and dust. The bathroom was dirty, the waste basket had not been emptied . We had requested a non smoking room .We were informed that it was the only room available. I indicated that I would get sick staying in the assigned room, and we would not accept it. Finally, reluctantly, we were transferred to a non smoking hotel. This hotel taints the Best Western brand.

Arrived Sunday night - Restaurant coles (it´s seasn time??) - nothing to eat in the bar!!!!! - only drinks - Room AC not working - TV not working Finaly the guy found out that a circuit breaker was off (at that class of Hotel the basics should be checked by the staff prior arrival of guest) - cleanliness medium - breakfast starts at /:00 in the miorning - bad luck for me as i had to leave to the airport at 6:30 - staff very inflexible in getting me coffe/breakfast overall- medium calls hotel - good for tourists -- bad for business if you need flexibel assistance and staff

Service: poor and I have been told that a bottle of water was missing while I have not been used any drink from the mini bar; bathroom: dusty radiator, very old bath towels as well as shower tap and not very hot water available; small table not fixed;

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to all attractions and sights. Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. The buffet breakfast was very good with hot and cold options. Would have eaten in the restaurant except we were turned off by the abrupt and off-hand service we received in the bar from a waiter who was looking after the bar and the restaurant one night. I think this was a one-off as the rest of the staff were excellent. Would definitiely stay there again.

Nice hotel. Great view of the castle from rooms 501 and 507. Staff are very helpful. Only complaint is that there is only one staff member for breakfast, so be prepared to line up for breakfast and wait for everything.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel although I encountered a few problems during my stay. The room the porter took me to wasn't cleaned and readied and they did not know how to handle this except to just leave me in the room. They claimed later that the hotel was full, although it was clearly almost empty. The requests to the front desk and manager weren't handled with the competency you would expect from even a three star hotel. Also, the front desk advised that the best way to get to the airport is by taxi for about 700 to 800 CZK ($45) but this is not true as pointed out by another reviewer. For 26 CZK ($1.40) the metro and bus are very convenient. Upon checkout they asked that I wait while they go to the room and inspect the minibar, which they say is standard practice. All-in-all a cute boutique property but the service and staff are not on par with a four or five star property, so don't be disappointed.

This hotel is really fantastic. Lets take all the important key factors one by one. Cleanliness: The hotel was absolutely clean, i was not afraid even to walk without socks in my room. Facilities and Service: The hotel had pickup and shuttle from the airport services which was performed by a mercedes 5-door car. The personnel was very helpfull and friendly, they helped us to take our luggages on the room and the opposite. The room had central heat and also an autonomous aircondition. The buffet was absolutely astonishing. The beds was really kingsize but they was actually two beds interconnected. Location: The hotel was 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge by foor, the only thing i dont liked was that it wasnt in the old part of the town which is nicer. Pricing: From my point of view the prices was decent. Moreover if you travel to london for example you will pay the same money for less that the half value. The bottom word: This hotel was fantastic and hotelclub should keep recommend it.

Breakfast was included in the costs, and free internet was available. Service was good but because I didn't speak Czech, I had to wait on a number of occassions to talk to someone. Staff were however friendly. Lots of security cameras around the place made me conscious of the historical background of the country. As a single female, I was conscious of having to walk the isolated road to the hotel at night time. Distant from restaurants.

The hotel location was perfect to walk to all of the sights. Close to shops, resturants and bars. Hot breakfast was very good and included. This hotel internet access was by cable (so bring a cable) but it was very fast and skype worked well. The view from the 4th floor rooms or higher were very dramatic with a view of the castle or gardens depending on the side. Very quiet considering you are in the middle of a city. Only draw back was the small room but I spent most of the time out of the room so not a big concern.
