weekend getaway
The hotel was better than expected, we enjoyed our stay there. It`s in a very central location. Good food. Clean room. Was worth the money paid. We would go back next time we`re in Prague.

Displeased
The hotel was by no means extraordinary. The room wasn't very spacious; it was built for 1 double bed, which when you split it in to 2 double beds, there is barely any room to move around. The air conditioner didn't work, and when asked for it to be fixed, nothing was done about it. Some of the staff was helpful, but some were unfriendly, and it was somewhat difficult breaking the language barrier. The hotel's only redeeming quality was the buffet, which was decent. But, the quantity of food didn't seem to keep up with the flow of people. Needless to say, there was no food service to otherwise speak of. Basically, I would describe it as an over-priced hostel, or a cheap hotel. Take your pick. If you want a better experience, and friendlier and more helpful staff, put up the extra cash and stay at a franchise hotel.
