Very Good Service

On the whole the Old Town Prague Hilton is a great hotel, unfortunately its very hard to find on the map since the street on which its located is usually not named on the city maps. We called the Hilton number listed in the reservation and were given compltely wrong directions. It took us a couple hours to locate it finally. The other inconvenience is that the elevators have a long wait time - +5 mins sometimes and because of that are always full. Once we had to wait 7 mins to get an elavator with space enough for a stroller with a child and an adult!! Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Restaurant is good but pricey.. as hotel restaurants go.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

There is a great supermarket right across the street and great places to eat also right across the street. Across the street is the Marriott and next to it are 2 great restaurants. Vegetarian choices are limited at pretty much all restaurants across Prague, but usually they whip up something for you. The metro station (Namesti Republiky) is right under the Hilton, you walk out and make a left and another left and you are there! Its about a 5 min walk from Namesti Republiky and about 15 mins from Karluvy Most (Charles Bridge). All in all a very pleasant hotel.

Very nice location, good service

Very nice location, close to center but away from noise! Kind and helpfull staff, great 24h dining options! Missunderstandings with reception girls, not 100% well informed. Very high (per 24h) charged internet (about 20 euro). Good flat TV set, but with a buggy system, crashing. Some strange "noil"(?) in room, on furniture and our stuff, cause of carpet maybe
