Excellent Boutique Hotel!
This hotel is located right along the river . . . 10-15 minutes walking distance to all of the biggest attractions like the Charles Bridge, Old Town, National Museum(s) and great shopping. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was ultra modern with deep extra-long soaking tub and rain shower. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our trip . . . arranging transporation to and from the airport, calling taxis, mapping out excursions and helping us with our every want:) I would stay with Mamison Hotels again!!!

Magical Prague Honeymoon
The Mamaison Riverside is a wonderful boutique hotel situated in a nice location. We walked about 10minutes to reach the Charles Bridge, and it was a beautiful walk along the river. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The decor was elegantly modern, and our 5th floor deluxe room was very quiet, even though we were somewhat concerned at first because the elevator was right next to us. The coffee and tea service in the room was a very nice touch and we appreciated it very much each morning during our 4 night stay. I would have to say everything was great about this hotel except for two things: First, the internet connection was literally DOWN the entire time we stayed, even though we chose this hotel partly because of free Wi-Fi. We rely heavily on internet connection when we travel, so this was a major drawback for us. We talked to the hotel manager multiple times, and they sent a tech person who equipped us with a router in the room, but the configuration was all wrong and just would not work. Thankfully my husband who is a near technical genius tweaked and forced the router to work, but the technical team at the hotel was absolutely clueless. The second minor issue was the shower and room service. The showerhead is one of those modern twisty knobs that should be able to flex. Ours was broken, so we had to sort of hold it over us to shower. This is fine except when you need to wash your hair - kind of challenging washing your hair with one hand while holding the showerhead in the other. We asked for our room to be cleaned by leaving the "Please clean our room" sign on the doorknob. Somehow, the tag was dropped on the floor, and when we got back really late one night (around midnight), we found the room the way we left it, with no clean towels. The next day, we left money to the cleaning staff with a note that we would like additional towels. Well, the money was gone, but no additional towels! Also, we got charged bar tab even though we didn't use the bar. The management kindly reversed the charges, but this is just one of my pet peeves when I travel. Overall, I'm rating this hotel a solid 4, despite the minor issues we experienced. Without these minor annoyances, I would have rate it a solid 5. The management was friendly and accommodating, and with assurance that the internet will work seamlessly and the showerhead fixed, we will come back to this hotel the next time we come to Prague.

Short walk from hotel
We celebrated our last night in Prague by dining at Mlynec. Oh my, what a wonderful place. We had a window seat overlooking the bridge, and it was absolutely magical. The duck and the veal was amazing, and the rhubarb apple bake with walnut ice cream was to die for!

Lovely hotel
This was a very nice comfy hotel in a wonderful location not too far from the tourist spots. It had a very cozy feel and a very polite friendly staff. The room was nicer than expected and had little details like the towel warmer and amazing bathtub that made the stay so nice. The staff was very nice and helped out a lot. The hotel was not full at all, I think it was just my room and a few others that were occupied.

Excellent hotel right by the river
Riverside hotel was an amazing experience. It was a great boutique hotel with an excellent staff, terrfic views, and rooms that are clean and relatively large for Europe. The staff was great at recommending restaurants; every one of Barbora's selections was spot on. The only hiccup was her suggestion for new years. We ended up going to some awful pub with bar food under the guise that it was a jazz club. Should have done some more research on that one. Aside from that, the only other complaint was that there was no wifi in the rooms and the breakfast was way overpriced. Skip the expensive continental breakfast and head to Cafe Savoy down the street. That aside, I would go back to Riverside and would highly recommend it to others, with those caveats.

Skip the continental breakfast and head down the street for an amazing cafe experience at Cafe Savoy. Cheaper than the hotel's bland food and a much more enriching experience.

Amazing Hotel for that price!
Great hotel and especially location. Service was great. The hotel room was so great that my wife immediatelly started bugging me for remodeling our bathroom to be like that. You can get anywhere interesting on foot from this location, parking is for free on the streets, no need to get a parking lot.

Value for your money indeed!
The hotel was very comfortable to stay at. We were out all day long, came back only to sleep. In the room the sliding doors of the wardrobe were not very useful, but that is all which was not in line. The hotel has a private parking place so you wouldn't have any problem to leave your rental car. In general I got what I have paid for.

Sightseeing tip:
Long walk from hotel
A city of fairy tale! And walking is the best way to see everything in details. If you do not mind to have a long walk this hotel suits you fine. After a short walk you're on the legendary Charles Bridge. To see the other historical locations you really have to walk. But since there is not a long way between those locations you'd always have the opportunity to have a rest at a cafe.

Nice, but no free breakfast
We went to Prague for a quick 3-day getaway while traveling to visit family in Austria. The hotel was gorgeous, with a great location not too far from good restaurants and about 10mins walk to the tram and subway. The main negative was the breakfast was 15 euros so we opted to eat for half that price at the Cafe Savoy which was not too far away.
