over all can't complain

Hotel staff are very nice and accomodating fromthe desk clerk to the concierge. Rooms are clean. We were out most of the time so can't really complain about anything. Food in the hotel restaurant are good with very nice staff

Great Stay!

The hotel is new, clean and has a very helpful staff. The location is good, but does require a cab or some walking to sites. The hotel has a very small deli/cafe for meals which was very good, but there is no big restaurant in the hotel. It was very, very clean. Room service was quick and the food was very good. One of the best features of the hotel is the hotel car, which was readily available, reasonable to use and extremely convenient....they drove us anywhere we needed to go! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Best hotel I have stayed in Europe!

The hotel was amazing! The rooms are really clean and very comfortable! Don't get me started on their bathroom! I love the tub and the shower! The front desk are very helpful! It's walking distance to all the attractions in Prague! I love my stay here!

would stay here again on next trip

comfortable, friendly, 10 minute walk to the old town, fun bar with good staff, small hotel, easy access to lobby

Très satisfaisant mais langue anglais obligatoire

Propreté et équipememts irréprochables. Un souhait de pouvoir parler français avec certains membres du personnel. Distance en gros 15 mn du centre vieille ville
